Like the fact they were pet friendly and the pillow in the room along with the fishes. 👍 didn’t like the fact that the signage it hard to see, so it jumps out at you the last minute. But I give this Resort a good rating. Would recommend to others and would go back if I was back in that area.

This is a hotel grade hotel! A luxury with having driver tourists in mind. Exquisite breakfasts and attention to the details and materials in design of the rooms is visible. Fireplace in the room, high quality wood work like TV counsel and etc… Exceptional scenery. Healthcare grade accessibility in the bathroom. Room was clean and staff are professional and polite. The only thing that came to my mind and won’t decrease the stars of this review, was a crack on the wood headwall of one of the beds. All in all a nice short stay for us.

Wonderful! The villa was amazing. Stunning views, exceptionally well appointed, lots of room, really spoiled us for other accommodations. The Resort location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but near great food options, grocery, activities. Would definitely stay again.

The location and view from the rooms. Breakfast service was a little slow and the resort is starting to show signs of age but I would return in a minute.

It was okay. The restaurant and spa wasn’t available because we went on Monday. I’m assuming because it’s slow season. It did not mention that the restaurant wouldn’t be open online. The only other food options were in Sidney. The pub food was really good though. Just was not the fine dining experience that I was looking for.

The Arbutus Dining Room hours have not changed (Open Thursday - Sunday for dinner and open daily for breakfast) in over a year so we are confused as to why you were unable to find this information. Brentwood Lodge and Spa is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. The rooms, complete with outside balconies, all overlook Brentwood Bay and are very comfortable and quiet, and offer picturesque views. A great spot!

Staff was great, room was lovely, the view was incredible. Definitely rent a car though because it’s quite far from downtown if you’re visiting. Very close to the Butchart & Victoria Butterfly Gardens.

Hot tub was lukewarm. Dining service was slow. Seems like minor issues, but when you come specifically to a resort for the food and facilities to relax.... we were a bit disappointed. Expensive stay for the quality of the resort.

Absolutely hot all points I am looking for. Impeccably clean and well appointed(pool-hot tub) and the room was amazing!!! The deep jacuzzi tub with view of the room was fabulous. All of this for under $200 per night with spa facilities???? Highly recommend
