Propreté et service excellents.
Hotel typique,vu magnifique sur les montagnes. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation est très mauvaise et l'aération de la salle de bain est inexistante. Mais le ménage est réalisé à la perfection et la décoration, bien que sommaire, est assez jolie. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur les montagnes ainsi que la terrasse principale de l’hôtel. Le service est très bon. Le restaurant est lui aussi typique avec une belle carte. Attention, si vous êtes gênés par la cigarette, pensez à le signaler. Nous avions une table proche du comptoir où fumer est autorisé, ce qui c'est avéré très gênant pour nous. Surtout qu'il est très fréquenté. Mais dans l'ensemble, tout est très agréable.

Ambiance très agréable
Bel hôtel dans les Alpes autrichiennes. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est extrêmement chaleureux. Chambre un peu exiguë pour une famille.

très bon séjour
Chambre grande avec salle de bains au top.Ascenseur, parking, sauna et piscine extérieure. Rien à redire. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit et y avons bien mangé le soir.seul bémol, le petit déjeuner, pas extraordinaire (mais il faut dire aussi que nous ne sommes pas très salé le matin, et dans cette région. ......

Our first time in Austria
We very much enjoyed our stay at Alpenhotel Ernberg. Our only issue was that we had a room of 3 and the bed for the third full-size adult was more suited for a child and the mattress was not even in height for its full length.

Will be booked once again again !
I couldn´t start the journey one day before and the hotel manager didn´t account a concellation ! But I know the hotel for the journeys before and will be there many more trips !

Schönes Alpenhotel mit gemütlichem kleinen Zimmer. Wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Berge. Frühstücksraum sehr schön und Frühstück mir reichhaltigem Angebot. Parkplatzangebot eher beschränkt und recht beengt. Kein Lift.

Hotel de madeira, muito aconchegante, chegamos tarde, 22h, o bar ainda estava aberto, podemos tomar cerveja e comer uns petiscos, o que normalmente não encontramos na Europa! O dono e garçons super atenciosos e gentis! Café da manhã delicioso e bem diversificado com frutas, pães, ovos, geléias, iogurtes, bolos, croissants, mel, leite, café , etc Fica próximo da rota Romântica da Alemanha, dos castelos, várias atividades nas montanhas no verão ou estações de esqui no inverno!

Gemuetliches Hotel, gutes Restaurant
Wir (5 Personen) waren auf einer 2-Tagestour der Bayerischen Schlösser, und haben uns im Voraus für das Alpenhotel Ernberg entschieden (ca. 20-30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt). Der Service bei Ankunft war sehr zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Die Zimmer waren nichts spektakuläres, aber gemütlich eingerichtet, Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr sauber und - je nach Lage - mit toller Aussicht auf die Alpen. Wir haben Abends im Restaurant gegessen, was ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann (sicherheitshalber eine Reservierung machen, es kann voll werden!). Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker. Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Einziger Wermutstropfen für die weniger sportlichen unter uns war, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt - beim "Aufstieg" in den 3. Stock mit schweren Koffern (oder nach einem üppigen Mahl) kam der ein oder andere etwas ins Schwitzen!

Leider nur 1 Übernachtung. Die Küche des Hotels war super gut. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, versch. Eiergerichte, Müsli, Brötchen,Brot, Wurst, Marmeladen,O-Saft usw..Guter Service auch in Englisch (wir hatten amerikanische Bekannte dabei)

hotel lied about their amenities
we are traveling around austria for more than a week and the last stop is to see neuschwanstein castle. we are thinking to book one with fitness centre and sauna to relax, which on hotel.com said this Alpenhotel comes with fitness amenities. when we check it, we asked the boss what time is your sauna open? the boss said 9am, and we asked him if there is a fitness centre, he said yes. next morning after breakfast we were planning to go fitness centre n sauna, found out that it's the community centre 15min away that doesn't belong to the hotel but the guests are entitled to use. fine, we will walk 15 min. but when we get there, there is a charge of 19 Euro for the services. this is out of expectation and very poor, felt like the hotel are lying. if u don't have such services or amenities in your hotel, pls just said no, because we could have book many other hotels in the area which came with sauna and fitness centre. plus, besides the boss, no one can really speak English, so we had a hard time communicating. we told the boss about what the website described doesn't match the reality, the boss said he didn't write the description and will not take responsibility! this is the unluckiest and worst choice we ever made in hotel.com

Vi stannade bara en natt då vi var på genomresa. Vårt resesällskap blev tvungna att byta rum då det stank rök i deras badrum (rökfritt rum), inga problem att få byta.

Typiskt Alphotell. Familjeägt, nyttjades av byborna som både pub och Restaurang. Vacker utsikt, stort familjerum (2 rum) stor balkong. Fin atmosfär.

Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise
Auf dem Weg in den Süden haben wir ein Hotel mit Familienzimmer für 4 Personen und Hund gesucht und im Hotel Ernberg gefunden. Zimmer mit Stockbett, aber alle fühlten sich wohl. Nach der Ankunft eine sehr schönes Abendessen auf der Sonnenterasse sollte man nicht verpassen.

Great Alpine Hotel
We all really liked this hotel. It had the charming alpine decor, outstanding service, a very good restaurant, good location and all at very good price. We especially enjoyed the free passes from the hotel for the lovely indoor/outdoor pool complex just around the corner (great after a busy day of hiking and sight seeing) and for the cable car up the nearly mountain. One of our beds had problems with the slats, which they attempted to fix, but never fully succeeded subtracting some from the comfort level. But overall, this was a great place for a family vacation.

Dit hotel was boven verwachting goed. We hadden een goedkoper 3 sterren hotel genomen voor 2 nachten om Neuschwanstein te bezoeken, echter overtrof dit hotel alle verwachtingen. Het eten is subliem en de eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij.

Hübsches, renoviertes Zimmer, mit geräumigem Bad (Dusche/WC). Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Betten eher weich.... Service freundlich und kompetent. Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet, freundliche Gaststube, feine Küche.
