Views! Beautiful Breckenridge ski-in/out condo in the heart of it all!

This two story, two bedroom townhome at Beaver Run is located in building 3. Bedrooms are on the upper floor and the living areas and kitchen on the main floor. Both bathrooms were remodeled in Fall 2021! Plus, take in the cool mountain air on the private balcony. Enjoy all amenities Beaver Run has to offer including ski-in/ski-out in the winter, on-mountain hiking in the summer, hot tub access, quick walk to downtown and more.

Parking charged per day per vehicle

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night.  Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Overpriced for getting a room that was in desperate need of renovations. Many things didn't work or was broken. I wouldn't recommend staying here

Nice condo in a great location. We stayed during the Summer and had a wonderful time. The shuttle is very convenient - you just need to text, don’t use the website. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Just a couple of things to note - the condo sleeps 8, and only had 6 or so dinner plates, one mug, some other pieces, and not much cookware. It wasn’t the easiest kitchen to cook in.Additionally - the primary bedroom with the king bed has a large window overlooking the living room and giving a view of the beautiful scenery. The issue with this is that the opening isn’t glassed in - so anyone in the primary bedroom can hear and smell whatever is happening or being cooked downstairs. Having said that - we enjoyed the condo and the property and it was a great fit for us and our tween boys!

Beautiful views, but...

We had a great stay in Breck, but unfortunately feel we need to share some pros and cons about the property. We stayed six nights. Pros: View is outstanding from both sides of the condo.Beds and pillows are nice and bedding smells very clean. Updates are helpful in a building of this age. Streaming was easy on downstairs TV.Living room sofa and chair are cozy.Enjoyed space of upstairs. Very roomy, nice clothes storage.Activities if traveling with kids. Nice pool area and game area. Enjoyed Hot tubs but they don't really jet or get very hot. Cons:Stove needs to be fixed or replaced. Could be a safety hazard for anyone, especially a small child. We had to hold onto our pans or they would slide off the stove potentially onto the floor or a person. Multiple outlets did not work. We had concerns an outlet could electrocute us due to the age and appearance.Wobbly kitchen tableDid not like the covered patio at all; however could be beneficial to be so enclosed if a small child is walking around. Toilets barely flush and shower pressure is bad. Sometimes we had good hot water and some we did not.Stairs are steep. Hot tubs in the main area partially work. Maybe two jets out of six on each one. TV in king size bedroom, the volume is low even when on full volume. We did not use the small TV in the double bed room.Very noisy outside the window of the Queen Beds room. Looked forward to nature sounds. Instead workers, ect.Are there cameras installed inside???

Great views. Family friendly

The condo is showing its age and could use a refresh. Beaver Run has great amenities and the covered/secure parking was nice. The resort is on the far end of town and far enough away from Main St that with kids we couldn’t walk and had to drive (resort shuttle was not an option due to lack of drivers). We ordered food from the Marketplace and while good be prepared for sticker shock (large pizza 28 package of cookies 14 and bag of goldfish crackers 12). Pool area and 6 hot tubs were great. Unit didn’t have A/C but did provide several fans and we left the sliding door open and we were comfortable even with day time temps reaching mid 80’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun times

We chose this property for all the amenities. The condo was ok. Broken items in the unit and it lacked some items in the kitchen, like a toaster. The water didn’t get hot for a shower, so that was unfortunate as well. We had a great time in the arcade and hot tub and pool though and walked to Main Street to have dinner and look around. It was great that we were close enough to walk. Park 9 was closed when we went, so not a ski in ski out for us. We will have to visit earlier in the year next time.

hello - the baseboard heaters were all coming apart. the guy with all the make-up at the front desk was terrible--didnt know anything, was rude and dismissive.frustrating that the ski-in and ski-out wasn't available.Otherwise a decent stay.

Family get away

This was a great location for a ski get away with the family. The resort had a lot of activities for the kids - pool, game room, mini golf. It was located right at the beaver run lift so we could ski in and out. Note that peak 9 was closed for the season when we were there so we could only ski in. The free busses were easy to navigate and got us over to peak 8 easily.

I have a stayed at this resort 3 times now but there is an additional charge to book through this site. Some units have a washer/dryer in them and this one didn’t. I’ll be booking directly through the front desk next year to make sure I get that again and avoid the booking fee. We had to call 4 times to get extra towels delivered and to get the patio door handle fixed. Many fixtures in bathrooms were also faulty

Incredible location!

Staying at beaver run was incredible! To be able to step out and be right at the lift was priceless. Access to the ski locker also made all the difference. Having the tea sort amenities allowed us to not have to leave the resort, which with little kids, was sometimes necessary. When we did want to go into the town, we were minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back soon!

Great location

The condo is a bit dated and could use some repairs and updates, but overall is very nice and the location is great. Building 3 at Beaver Run is about as close to the lifts as you can get.

The unit is perfectly located for access to Beaver run lift and had plenty of family oriented amenities. The unit could have been cleaner and the furniture is in our condition.

Cute but dated

Overall we had a wonderful time but there are a few things I wish could have been different. We called to let the owner know we would be checking in late. He told us to go to some mail box on Main Street. We got there at midnight and the mail box did not have our keys. Instead we drove to beaver run and checked in at the front desk. Beaver run was out of power when we arrived so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs at midnight with our luggage. Our room never stayed the right temp. Either too hot up stairs or too cold downstairs. The unit could use a blanket on the couch. The appliances are a bit dated but they all worked fine. It was a great location and we would love to visit again… we just might bring our own blanket next time.

Spring break ski trip

Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Ideal location but overpriced

The location could not be better! The views were amazing from the living room and the Master Bedroom. Not only beautiful, but you could look out to see how busy the lift line was. Everything you would want from a hotel, but in a condo; restaurant, Starbucks, mini market, ski store, etc. was just an elevator ride away. The ski lockers, 2 lifts, rental equipment right there. The place itself was clean and comfortable. My complaints come mainly in the price and expectations for that price. With all the fees, we paid over $1k/nt. MB was a loft-no privacy. Doors and fixtures were all cheap and barely worked. Thin walls and ceiling and kinda noisy. SMART tv downstairs only. Bedroom tv’s limited options. Kitchen has appliances and plates/silverware, but not stocked with anything-no coffee, basic seasoning, nothing. No bathroom downstairs. Location is really what you’re paying for and it didn’t disappoint. The free shuttle to town was a great convenience too. The wait time was a bit unpredictable, but if you’re patient, it was really nice to get dropped off and picked up and not worry about driving and parking.

Awesome location and amenities

We were able to get out to Breck with Niece and Nephew and their two year old. Out 24 year old son came out and skied a couple days. The condo was perfect for our group. Having the fire place with wood delivered, zones for heat, fans and humidifies. Nephews family likes it warm and we liked it cool. Best sleep I have had since coming to Colorado in the early 90s. Beaver Run may be our favorite location. We hope to come back in the future.

Great Summer Stay

Great location, great beds, great stay! It was nice having the kitchen to cook a couple of nights, wonderful having the steam room/sauna and hot tubs for relaxation in the evening. Very nice shuttle service- just call and they’re there to pick you up and take you to Main Street, but you can walk, too. Overall stay was great and would stay here again!

Great for Ski vacation

This condo is the perfect location in Beaver Run for a ski vacation. Elevator close to the Condo that takes you right to Arcade, hot tubs, laundry and really close to pool and Ski Lockers. Ski locker that comes with the condo is a life saver. No lugging ski equipment to and from the room. Great view of the mountains and comfortable beds. The water in the showers was warm enough but it would be nice if it could get hotter. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location

The location was perfect. The condo was as listed. The ski locker was great. Not having to lung my skis around was a plus. My only complaint was the elevator. There is one for the entire building and it was always full. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for one to stop that had room to ride. I would stay again because of the location.
