Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...

« This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). « We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again. »

« Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet unit well furnished with one bedroom and a remarkably comfy sleeper sofa in the living room – and one really nice amenity after a day on the mountain: a hot tub right outside the lobby.
