Great property and host. Check-in process very easy. Got locked out once, and had help within minutes. Fourth bedroom is a loft, which is accessed by a ladder - the kids loved that. No tv's in bedrooms. Small balcony. Everything worked well in kitchen. Both a drip and Keurig coffee makers.

Relaxing getaway close to slopes

We had an amazing weekend skiing Breckinridge and staying here. Quick 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift and access to ski right home!

Great location with great accommodations!!!! This unit is everything it says it is. Rebooking it for some spring skiing!!! The entire family enjoyed this unit.

We loved our stay. Everything was just as described. The location was even better than what we could have imagined. We walked everywhere. To town for restaurants and shops and to the ski rental shop/ lift. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Christmas Family Vacation

The unit had everything we needed, the only small suggestion I would have is to have a corner step in the master shower to shave your legs (which is so minor). We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Breckenridge.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was comfortable, clean and well decorated! It was perfect for our trip. The close proximity to Snowflake lift and walking distance to downtown were exactly what we were looking for. The 4 o’clock ski trail ran right behind the condo building…perfect ski out location. The check in and check out directions/instructions were spot on. Great location if you are planning on a trip to Breckenridge!

Terrific Unit - Ticks all the boxes!

Terrific unit, terrific location. Well supplied and comfortable. We cooked in three of the five nights we were there, and wanted for nothing. Five minute walk into town, less than five minutes to the Snowflake lift. Property manager was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to lift and downtown Breckenridge, good value. Does have nice public hot tub on-site. Only negatives were pool is not on-site and actually turned out to be closed during our stay - didn't know that ahead of time. And, unit is on 3rd floor with access only via stairs. Be prepared for this when carrying all your luggage, etc.

Nicely stocked and maintained

We had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well organized with all the tools and modern appliances we needed. The main room was nice for hanging out and watching the large TV. It's on the third floor, so views across the valley were pretty good. We are in good shape, so walking to the third floor was ok, but I wouldn't bring elderly folks. I liked the location. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown. A 5-10 minute walk to a ski lift and you can ski directly home. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, our group enjoyed our stay at this condo for our February break. The ski-in/ski-out location made getting on and off the mountain very easy, and it is within a 5-10 minute walk of the town which we ventured into every day for shopping and dining.That being said, this condo is listed as a 4 bedroom, which it is not. There are 3 very tight bedrooms plus a loft off of the common living area with twin beds, accessible only by a ladder and uncomfortably hot no matter what the heat was set to. While the condo was clean and well maintained, it is pretty dated - particularly the guest bathroom. The hot tub and laundry are not in the unit, but are in shared spaces and are also very outdated. Lastly, it should be noted that this unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building. Typically not a big deal, but for people not accustomed to the altitude, it could be a big challenge. The bottom line - for the premium price we were paying for this unit (for that particular week) we expected more.
