Park Medows emailed me about flooding issues only 15 minutes before check in. Floor was damp and the room smelled terrible. Office hours were closed by the time I got in (traffic) so nothing was addressed until the next day. Park Medows made no effort remedy or compensate for the issue they KNEW about ahead of time. Don't expect this place to care about anything except your payment. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better stay.

Amazing
This place seems like it might be a more run down stay with few amenities. This is not the case at all, this place has everything we needed for a 4 person stay with 4 adults cooking most meals. The place was small but very cozy, and walking distance to everything. The hut tubs were actually open and not overcrowded and the other guests were very pleasant.

Great location, mediocre apartment
Hard to beat the location just a few minutes walk from town. Check in is easy, hosts communicate well and respond quickly. It’s a tiny apartment that hasn’t been updated since it was built, but it’s fine. Walls are super thin and it’s very noisy so light sleepers beware and bring ear plugs. Nice game room available with pool and ping pong and two adjacent hot tubs also available. Overall it’s solid value for the price.

Perfect for the occasion!
Great location, sweet retro vibe and walking distance to the nearest stores and shops. We walked over to see the Troll and back, rented some e-bikes and attended a family wedding during our short stay. No AC, no problem! Just crack the windows and let the cool breeze in. Can’t wait to plan my next trip. We’ll be back soon!

Good for smaller groups
Great location, easy to catch the bus to the lifts and to walk downtown. Kitchen has enough to cook basic meals. We enjoyed the loft area to play pool, sit by the fire. Hot tubs were nice to use but needed to be cleaned. Bedroom mattress was decent, more than 2 pillows would have been nice. Pull out couch mattress was very thin and had black mold on the bottom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved how we could ski in using the four o’clock trail to our place.

Very small but close to everything!

Cozy place in the heart of Breckinridge!
The best thing about this is how cozy it was, with still a lot of room. They even have an outside bunk for ski equipment and a nice lobby area to hangout outside the room, quick walk to Main Street! The bed was super board hard so we decided to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn’t good but better than the bed.

Great experience
Great experience all around! Very clean and quiet. Utilized great rooms for billiards, games and the hot tub. Walking distance to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants, and hikes. Would recommend for a 1-2 person stay.

You get what they advertise. No surprises here. This is a very clean stay. I loved all of the mini kitchen options. Tv selection was great. The only disappointment was not having a hair blower.

Great Location, small, confortable shared room
The appartment is small, good for a couple and one kid...or 2 little. Doesnt have dish washer machine. The complementary share room is big and makes, tha apt bigger. Hot tub works perfectly. Location is GREAT!!

An older but clean apartment. Slight cigarette smell. The internet did NOT WORK - the router is broken. The toaster is a fire hazard - get a new one management!!! The toilet needs to be tightened to the floor. The hot tubs were nice. Close to Main Street, bus stops and the 4 o'clock run.

The room is outdated and a little dark but was the perfect location! The beds could benefit from an upgrade but they served their purpose. Check in and out was as easy as it could be! Nice locked storage for skis right outside the room. The price was great for location, 5 minute shuttle to the lifts, ski right back to the room.

Park meadow nightmare
Their was mold on the bedroom ceiling Mold on the pull out mattress. Bathtub didn't drain. Toaster cord had electric tape around it. Bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable. Shower head was way low. Sharp object in one of the hot tubs.

An OK place for a night.
The place wasn't too bad, as far as location and size for 3 people. The reason for a bad review was for cleanliness. The pull out couch wasn't made and when we went to make the bed the white sheet that was on there had a huge pee stain, and the pillow cases on the bed had dried blood stains. If it wasn't for that I would 100% stay there again. Also, I just wanted to let the owners know that their shower head is leaking pretty bad.

Room is as advertised, small but with just myself and daughter it was fine for us. Bathroom nice hot water. Good refrigerator and oven and supplies in room We were mostly out skiing. Property managers very responsive, despite non smoking rule not respected by other guests. It is Colorado after all.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is very small but they make good use of the space, especially the shelves and dresser in the bedroom. The location is super convenient to the free shuttle bus to ski and the 4 o'clock run and just a couple blocks to main street.

Good location, friendly staff, older units but sufficient for what we needed. Unit 6c has a broken pull out sofa which was an inconvenience but we made due. Overall would stay again, probably in a different unit.

Very Cozy, & good location.
Went for a ski vacation (on a budget) with my two children. Was a tight squeeze for three people, would be perfect for two. Location was great. Looked like a long walk to the lift, but they provide free shuttle to take you anywhere. At the end of the day, was right off the Four O'Clock trail; So I would call it ski in (but not ski out). Also only two block walk to Main Street, so I would also call that a plus. Hope this review is helpful!

Nonfunctioning shower door and feedback both positive and negative
Given the polarized choice between I loved it and not really, I have to choose not really. Our accommodations were decent, but we arrived very late on Thursday evening after a long travel day to a shower door that wouldn’t slide. As a result, we spent our newly arrived hours trying to fix it and eventually just took one of the sliding doors off so that we could at least shower. Another person stood with a towel so that we wouldn’t get your bathroom wet. We emailed management in the morning and they were very responsive, but we needed to take morning showers so my husband fixed it on his own spending our weekend vacation time in away we would not have chosen. He fixed the shower before we heard back from management. It also would’ve been really nice to have a fresh set of towels over the four-day stay. On a positive note, we were able to secure a two hour late check out which was very helpful. This is my first mediocre review of a VRBO and I use them often, but definitely left feeling a bit disappointed. Shuttle drivers will take you anywhere great knowledge of entire city where to eat cheap grocerys they're awesome!!

Tough Mudder Weekend
Very clean comfortable unit! Had all the necessary amenities! Great location, nice grounds, excellent check in process! I would recommend this lodging option!! You won't be disappointed!

Nice place, would definitely stay here again.
Clean, warm, and cozy with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed having the in-unit kitchen and the nice hot tub and lobby areas right outside. A couple of minor issues (shower door off-track, sliding door to bedroom was jammed and thus couldn't be closed), but overall I think this place is a very good value for the price and location.

Perfect for what we needed, great location.
This was a quick weekend getaway for our family of 4 from Denver. Loved the ability to book only 1 night. It's not luxurious but it suited our needs perfectly. Boys ages 8 & 9 slept on the trundle and sofa bed without complaint. Used the kitchen for heating up dinner and cooking breakfast and found it adequate for a single nights needs. Kids loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the lobby was a nice bonus. We appreciated the parking on site but found ourselves just driving to the near by pay lot by the gondola each day. $7. was worth saving the hassle of lugging gear on a shuttle bus.

Great location!
The condo was a great location, very close to main street and the gondola. It was a bit cramped, but it worked great for a small group!
