Ce condominium joliment décoré, d'une superficie de 1 299 pieds carrés, est situé à 100 mètres de l'ascenseur Snowflake et juste en face de la piste de ski Four O'Clock. Située sur Four O'Clock Road, cette unité se trouve à quelques pas d'un arrêt de navette Breckenridge Free Ride et à seulement un pâté de maisons de la rue Main, vous permettant de vous rendre à pied à tout ce que Breckenridge a à offrir.

Ce condominium de deux chambres, deux salles de bain et demi peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Il y a de nombreux sièges dans le salon avec 2 canapés pour regarder votre film DVD préféré à la télévision. Si vous préférez passer un peu de temps à lire votre livre de vacances, ce salon ouvert vous offrira tout le confort dont vous aurez besoin à côté du foyer à gaz chaud.

La cuisine gastronomique, comptoir en granit et armoire en bois a tous les appareils nécessaires; cafetière, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four et réfrigérateur. Savourez votre repas fait maison préparé dans le confort de votre propre maison de vacances à la table à manger en bois rustique pour six personnes. Si vous recherchez plus d'un repas à emporter, rendez-vous au comptoir pour quatre personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit queen qui est enfermé dans une literie confortable avec des meubles d'accent en bois. La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé du capitaine qui est un jumeau sur un lit complet. Il y a une salle de bain bien mise à jour pour cette chambre aussi. Les deux chambres sont situées au deuxième étage du condo. Si aucune des chambres ne fournit suffisamment d'espace pour dormir, il y a un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Ce condominium dispose également d'un balcon privé invitant où vous pourrez vous retirer et profiter de cette période tranquille que nous chérissons tous en vacances.

Les autres commodités incluent une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées dans le condo et un bureau avec accès à Internet haut débit. Sur place, vous trouverez un bain à remous extérieur, un parking souterrain avec ascenseur et une cour commune avec un barbecue et une table de pique-nique. Vous pourrez également accéder au complexe de piscines du New Upper Village, qui comprend une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée, des vestiaires, des bains à remous intérieurs / extérieurs et un bronzage relaxant.

Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

When we were looking for one item, someone delivered it to our door. Beds were comfortable. Great location! One problem that we had was bad water pressure in the second bedroom shower on the second floor, and the design of the floor in the shower was uncomfortable on bare feet. I did not report the shower pressure to the management company as I didn't think that much could be done in a week's time.

Great location, great home

We loved this unit! It’s much bigger than I anticipated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. To get to the mountain in the morning you can either take the bus just one stop, or you can walk less then 1/2 mile the snowflake lift. At the end of the day, take the 4 o’clock to town run, but exit at the “park place” sign to walk across to the unit. Two suggestions: replace the master bedroom pillows (maybe the second bedroom too but the kids did not complain) and provide light bulbs for renters to switch as needed.
