Welcome to our recently updated, spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath + den condo that can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. This condo is our second home, and the quality of it will show!
The condo is located in the base 9 neighborhood, which is just south of Main Street. Access to the slopes is easy with the Breckenridge Free Ride bus, which stops at our parking lot, or an easy 5 minute walk down to Maggies Pond and a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Main Street is just a block away and is a nice walk. Guests will also have access to our community hot tub, which is on-site.

The space
This recently updated 2 bedroom + den, 2 bathroom condo can accommodate up to 7 guests. The entrance is on the 3rd floor of the complex and is a penthouse unit with two levels. This creates ample space for families and groups as well as plenty of natural light and beautiful mountain views.
The Bedrooms
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd level has a king bed, pull out full-sized sofa bed (sleeps 1), walk-in closet, flat screen TV, desk, and private patio with a beautiful view of the mountain. The second bedroom located on 1st level has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to a bathroom. Both of the bathrooms have a shower / bath combo.
The den is located on the second level and has a queen bed, and a desk for WFH.
There is also a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs couch.
The Living Space
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal with plenty of counter top space and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has comfortable bar seating for three, perfect for quick lunches and breakfast. There is a washer and dryer area off the kitchen.
The dining room has a table with seating for 6 located just off of the kitchen. There is a small patio off of the dining room with a gas grill.
The living room is a great space for your group to relax with a comfortable sectional sofa which has a pull-out full sized bed, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Also, there is a mudroom at the entrance of the condo that can be used to store all of your winter and summer gear.
The den is located on the second level and has a queen bed, and a desk for WFH.
The front patio has four bar stools with a beautiful views of peak 8 and is a fantastic place to have a beer and watch the sunset after a long day on the slopes. You can store your ski’s outside or valet them up at the ski base (what we recommend).
The amenities included with the condo are very nice. There are two outdoor parking spaces and access to the slopes is easy with the Quicksilver lift, a short 8 minute walk away on a shoveled and paved path. Additionally, the Breck Free ride bus stops right at the entrance to the parking lot and can take you to the gondola and other peak bases. Lastly, guests will have access to the Hot Tub which is located behind the building.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or ticket follow posted signs and parking allotment at all times. If additional parking is required, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge at the following locations:
1) Stephen C West Ice Arena (closest to condo)
2) Airport Road Satellite Parking Lot (accepts RVs and Trailers)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared hot tub (closes at 10pm), and two parking spaces (parking permit must be displayed). Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
Other things to note
There is a security camera overlooking the front porch and parking lot for the safety of our guests. There is no camera located in the unit.
