Just spent 5 days in Breckenridge skiing with the family. Perfect weather and snow. The condo is well designed and is a 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We utilized all of the amenities including the weight room, hot tubs and sauna. I enthusiastically recommend this condo.

Great location! Very nice and spacious room. Had an issue when my daughter’s app did not work to get in the building. Pregnant and with a 5 year old, she had to walk around to front desk to get help. Had problems with app getting into parking garage too. I like the app, but there should be backups in play like a physical key card. I was worried about battery on phone dying before we got back to room. Overall experience was great.

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 and a family of 5 with kids ranging from 17 to 0. The space was clean and well furnished. The amenities of the pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the town, bike riding and hiking. The only snag we ran into was getting into the condo on the first day and figuring out the parking garage. We did finally get in and the rest of the trip was smooth.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. The condo is beautiful! The rooms are large and each has its own bathroom. We loved being just an elevator ride to the pool and hot tub. We walked to downtown almost every night for ice cream. We will be back for sure!

1035 in the Chateaux building at the village of Breckenridge was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and had most of what anyone would want in a 3 bedroom 3 bath place. We overlooked the kids teaching area and were 150 yards from the quicksilver lift. Everything is in walking distance. While parking is available, you do have to pay for it and the spaces are fairly "tight" for a large SUV. All in all, great place to be and take in what Breckenridge offers.

Everything was just as it was listed online. Unit was very nice and kitchen had everything we needed! Master shower was very nice. Bunk beds were very comfortable, as for the other beds, they were pretty hard. The only thing I was pretty disappointed about is my son is VERY allergic to dogs so we selected this particular unit because it said NO PETS and in the master bedroom it smelled like a dog when we arrived and there was dog hair all over the ground/rugs. There was a vacuum so we did the best we could to get it up, we just had to keep him out of there and off the floors. I would stay there again but would request that it would be cleaned a little better before we arrived due to the dog hair. Everything was very nice!!
