This warm, nicely-decorated condo offers a great location on the Pine Ridge complex! You are located slopeside on the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and on the second floor of Building 1, and just a short block-and-a-half walk will take you right into the heart of Breckenridge.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! (subject to availability)

The kitchen is completely updated, including a new microwave and 'flat-top' electric stove. Enjoy the crackle of a wood-burning fireplace, good sun from the living room balcony, or an evening catching up on movies on the TV. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a private ski locker.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
