CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day and check-out is at 10 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date. We are pleased to offer you digital room keys.
Due to the additional time needed to ensure each room receives a thorough cleaning and disinfection process, only a limited number of late check-out requests will be granted—12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.—and for a $50 fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance of your departure to check availability, if you are interested in paying for a late check-out.
If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.
The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Front Desk is open 24 hours a day. Please be advised that we do require a picture ID and credit card upon arrival for incidentals. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m. you have full access to parking.
PURO™ UV Disinfection Lighting is available as a housekeeping upgrade for your stay. This service includes your residence being UV light sanitized and should be requested at a minimum of 24 hours before your arrival. Upon arrival, your room will have a seal across the door to indicate that no one has entered the room since it was sanitized.

PARKING
Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers a courtesy shuttle service to take you and your guests anywhere within the downtown limits of Breckenridge.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks. Tobacco smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort.
DAMAGES
Charges will be assessed for any damages incurred. This includes, and is not limited to, repairs, replacements and labor costs associated with damages to property, furniture, carpet and other items determined.
FINES
A minimum $500 fine will be assessed for violation of any resort policies. This includes, and is not limited to, pet, smoking and parking policies.
PACKAGES
We’re happy to accept packages for guests. If your package arrives prior to your stay, there will be a $5 small package or a $10 large package storage fee. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Colorado on Peak 8, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 1627 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.
