It's just a 4min walk to the Peak 9 chairlift and a 5-7min walk to restaurants downtown. Enjoy 2 reserved parking spots with more parking available nearby if needed.

With 2 reserved parking spots, you'll have easy access to all your mountain adventures. Perfect for a sunny, scenic mountain escape!

THE SPACE
Escape to our stunning Breckenridge mountain retreat, where soaring 20-foot ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace create the perfect atmosphere for winter ski season. Whether you've spent the day on the slopes or exploring the vibrant town, this airy, light-filled living space is your ideal home base for unwinding.

Craft delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Gather your crew around the large dining table for memorable meals, game nights, or to map out your next day's adventure. Relax on the balcony and take in forest and peak-a-boo mountain views.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with high-speed WiFi, a TCL sound system for rich audio, and three Roku-equipped smart TVs for all your streaming needs. For a classic evening in, choose from our collection of board games.

Rest easy with our flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed, the upstairs bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, and the versatile loft features two twin beds (a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed).

Forget parking hassles with two reserved spots, one of which is a covered carport. Should you need additional space, overnight parking is conveniently located at the nearby Ice Rink lot. Best of all, you can leave the car behind! You're just a 4-minute walk from the lifts and a scenic 7-minute stroll from the charming shops and restaurants of Main Street.

Steps from your front door, less than 30 feet away, is the Columbine Pool Complex. Take a dip in the year-round heated pool or soak in one of the four hot tubs, offering the perfect end to an active day.

Please note the pool and hot tubs are closed during shoulder seasons for maintenance:

This is more than just a vacation rental; it is our favorite place in the world, and we are thrilled to share it with you!

GUEST ACCESS
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo along with a private ski locker. You will self-check in via keypad entry.

You will have shared access to free laundry facilities in the building and access to 4 large shared hot tubs and a heated pool.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that our condo is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so you must be able to climb up 2 flights of stairs.

Our condo has spacious 20ft vaulted ceilings in the living room and downstairs bedroom, but the ceiling can be low in some places in the loft and upstairs bedroom. Please watch your head, especially if you are tall!

This is a non-smoking unit. No parties or loud events. Please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors.

No pets are allowed as our HOA does not permit them for guests.
