New build! Be one of the first guests and take advantage of special pricing. The North Pointe Estate combines luxury and seclusion: just minutes to downtown Breck, and spacious accommodation for up to ten guests. Set in the natural beauty of the White River National Forest, the seclusion of this vacation home allows your family to relax after a day of mountain adventures. The open-concept floor plan is accentuated by vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting warm sunlight and the beautiful forest setting in. Soak in the private hot tub while taking in the forest and mountain views!

The Great Room:
You'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully designed living room upon arrival. The décor is both elegant and welcoming. The furniture is new and includes a leather in front of a floor-to-ceiling statement gas fireplace and flatscreen TV.

In the kitchen you will find exquisite design throughout; stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop with a pot filler, oversize refrigerator, built in microwave, coffee maker with a single-serve option, and dishwasher ready to host your favorite meals.

The dining table sits beneath a beautiful chandelier and has bench-style seating to accommodate everyone, and to spot moose wandering through the open space of the backyard. Four additional comfortable leather chairs sit at the marble countertop of the kitchen island.

Outdoor Living:
Outside, you're greeted with magnificent mountain views, as well as a brand new private hot tub. The hot tub is serviced prior to your arrival, and plenty of extra towels are provided. There is also a full table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Each bedroom has a SmartTV! Please bring your login details from home. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and ample space to store your belongings during your stay.
The master bedroom has a king bed, plus a fireplace. The en-suite bathroom features two vanities plus a walk-in shower, with a specialty head that offers different pressure settings for ultimate relaxation.
The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has a set of full-over-full bunk beds.
There is an additional room with a queen bed, though please keep in mind that the maximum occupancy for this home is 10 guests.
There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and another with a shower-tub combination.

Lower Level:
Make your way to the lower level of this home and you will be greeted by a second living room with a wet bar with a fridge and plenty of seating, plus a pool table, a dart board, and a multicade game. We also have board games! Lounge in the L-shaped couch and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. There is also a full laundry room with a new washer and dryer.​​​​​​​

Additional features and notes:
This home has high-speed WIFI and private parking for up to four cars; four-wheel drive is required in the winter. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Extra towels are also provided for the hot tub. We take care of cleaning and servicing the hot tub before and after your stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor grilling during the summer season. Please be aware that the grills are unavailable for use during the winter months.

The adjacent home is also available for rental, which makes this home suitable for corporate retreats or other low-key family gatherings. Please note that this home is not meant for hosting events or parties.

This home is not pet-friendly and does not allow large events or smoking. The cool mountain breeze makes air conditioning unnecessary. Please be aware this home has a doorbell camera. This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 7 months.

My family wanted to all get together after the holidays (crazy, right?) since most of the season was filled with events and engagements that were more obligatory than voluntary.We knew we picked the right spot after it was discovered that I had accidentally booked our stay to begin a day after it was supposed to. I should also note that we made this discovery while in the airport on the way there. lol. The host was both, responsive and accommodating. They requested and expedited cleaning from their cleaning crew and had everything ready to go by the time we arrived. The property was just as it was presented in the listing. It's newly built, well taken care of, and just outside of the heart of Breckenridge town center (10 minute drive), which we loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group who is wanting to be close to the action without being in the action. The only negative I could say (if I just HAD to find something) was that the guest in the neighboring property smoked enough marijuana to single-handedly support the whole industry. It was virtually non-stop. That being said, we only had to experience it when in the garage or leaving the property. We could not smell it in the house at all. Also, I don't blame the host for this as I'm not sure how much they can do about someone else's behavior while on vacation.Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying at this home! The place was very accommodating and had everything we needed. Well stocked towels, kitchen appliances, and so much room! The place has 3 levels and 5 bedrooms and very very clean. Would recommend 10/10
