This modern, beautifully decorated 2 bed / 2 bath condo sleeps 8! Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and an attached private bathroom. The big open living space is perfect for creating fun family memories. Relax playing board games, watching movies, snuggling up next to the cozy gas fireplace or enjoying a drink after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats 8 with extra seating at the counter. Take in the town and mountain views while relaxing on the balcony.

**No fireworks of any kind on the property or in the condo - including the balcony
**No parties
**Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
**No pets allowed in the condo or on the property
**Do not store any items on the balcony including skis/bikes and no grills allowed
**Do not bring ski/snowboard equipment inside the condo or on the balcony. Use the private ski locker to store these items
**Bikes are not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. The complex garage has a bike rack for you to store your bike.
Zero tolerance policy for all the above. Failure to follow will result in a $300 fine for each violation - Strictly enforced by building management.

-Minimum age to book: 25 years old (Government issued photo ID required within 48 hours of booking to verify age)
-Check-In 4:00pm / Check-Out 10:00am
-Professionally cleaned following all CDC approved guidelines
-No refund issued for early check-out
