Great Cabin close to downtown and Frisco. Really enjoyed the property and my kids loved having a pool and hot tub. Also for someone who loves working out they had a gym on the property as well.

It was our “Base Camp” for a great long weekend in the mountains. Had everything we needed to make a meal or just relax. Appreciated the charging station since I bought the wrong cord for my IPhone. Snowed the night before we left in the morning and the walkway was already shoveled. Owners were great!

Perfect location to access both Breckenridge and Vail ski resorts. Good communication with property owner, which was needed due to not having water on 2 separate occasions during our stay and seems to be an issue for facility as we saw the plumbing truck there daily. Please note driveway is only accessible for one car due to snow and can be tricky as you don’t want to hit the front porch structure. Thanks for a fun stay!

Loved staying at the place. Had a little issue with the lockbox not opening. Gate to the community had its code changed mid stay with no warning, but contact with the guest services resolved that quickly. We thought the hot tub was on the unit we stayed in but the hot tub is in a clubhouse but fully accessible.

This was a perfect location to explore Breckenridge, Frisco, and the surrounding area. The pictures of the property are spot on and the view is beautiful. This property is cozy and pin-drop quiet at night. Unlike other locations where we have stayed, all of the outdoor equipment was in good shape and both the fire table and grill were in working order. It was lovely to start and end the day sitting on the deck and taking in the mountain view. It did not impact us, but apparently a local ordinance doesn't allow the use of the loft area. Most of what we needed to cook was available, but we had to run out for a few items. If you must run out for supplies I would recommend City Market, which is just down the road. Their prices are good and they seem to have almost everything you would need. All in all, it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We have stayed in downtown Breckenridge before and we 1000% prefer this location!! It is so peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views of the mountains and river but also such a quick and EASY drive to great restaurants and shops and hikes. The tiger run community is super nice and so friendly. We didn’t use the clubhouse amenities but we checked them out and they are great if you are interested in working out, swimming, tennis etc! The chalet is small and cozy but definitely has everything you need to sleep, relax, cook and enjoy the outdoors and gorgeous weather. The neighborhood is super dog friendly and we loved spending time on the deck that was completely enclosed for our pup. Downtown Breckenridge and Frisco is incredibly dog friendly as well; we were able to eat lunch/dinner on pretty much any patio we wanted with our dog. The chalet is the perfect distance from so many amazing hikes we went on and super close to lake Dillon which we loved! Would definitely come back and stay here!!!!

Super cute chalet with an awesome deck overlooking the Swan River. I rented this for my 22 yr old daughter as we were spending the month in our motorcoach in the resort. Perfect accommodations and close to hiking for her - the trail is about a block away! Sunsets on the deck were perfect! Hosts were wonderful!

This property is amazing! Just the right size for my husband, my son, myself, and our pup. Great resort area which is wonderful for kids. Quiet and right up against the water. Patio space is hands down the best part of this chalet. We were outside constantly! Loved the location and the property and will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

My adult daughter and I stayed for six days. The accommodation was close to Breckenridge but also close to Dillon and Silverthorne. We hiked everyday (rain permitting; it’s Spring) that we could. I recommend Gold Hill which is basically across the street from the complex. Get to the three mile mark and you will not forget the view. The owners checked on us via email which was nice. They were easy to work with and I’d recommend the property as it was clean, safe, and convenient.
