The property is conveniently located at the base of Peak 7 in Breckenridge, mere steps from the Independence SuperChair. With easy access to the ski area’s 2,200+ acres of terrain, they also sit on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge. You can either rent or ship your skis to the property. After a day of skiing, come back and enjoy the heated pools or jacuzzis to relax away those sore muscles. If that's not enough, enjoy a massage at the massage studio inside, Soothe Spa. There is also an indoor kids pool with splash features and a waterslide. The older kids can enjoy the family fun center with a big screen TV, arcade games, table tennis, and a billiards table. For mealtime, you can enjoy Sevens Restaurant with its comfort food and cocktails in a casual environment. Or you can take the complimentary shuttle into the beautiful town of Breckenridge and enjoy the unique shops and delicious food that it offers. This charming one bedroom villa comes with everything you need to enjoy the adventure. The bedroom comes with a king-size bed, large dresser, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The large primary bath includes a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The main living area off the bedroom has a large, stone fireplace to enjoy, along with a queen sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a separate dining area with seating for up to ten guests. The full kitchen comes with upgraded, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This includes a full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer included in the space for your convenience.

The property provides complimentary parking for one vehicle with a one-bedroom rental

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 shuttle can take you to one of 25 stops within town limits.

An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
