The Space:
This cozy studio-style retreat is ideal for a couple or small family who values convenience and wants to take on Breckenridge by foot!

Every inch of space has been maximized in this open-concept studio with neutral furnishings, practical furniture, and warm accents. The cozy layout provides a Queen bed, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a TV. A large window offers a beautiful view and plenty of natural light to illuminate the interior. A full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo is outfitted to serve you and your fellow guests.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with standard appliances and the necessary items to cook a delicious meal at home. For fellow coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker, French press, and espresso machine are available for your convenience. The extended kitchen counter offers barstool-style seating for 3.

The unit is conveniently located in the Peak 9 building at The Village at Breckenridge - giving guests the ability for a Ski-In, Ski-Out experience. The property boasts beautiful views of Maggie Pond and nearby picnic areas. Beyond the on-site perks, this location offers you direct access to Main Street/Downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy countless restaurants, bars, specialty stores, and the Quicksilver Superchair to Peak 9. Major points of interest like the Gondola, the Nordic Center, and multiple trailheads can be reached in under a 5-minute drive. For those who want to venture out, Denver is approximately 80 miles away and can be an easy day trip.

But here’s some good news! If your property is ready earlier, you’ll receive a notification along with your door code on the day of your arrival. So, there’s always a chance for a pleasant surprise!

Excellent location and amenities!!

Wonderful property! Pool, Hot tubs, Sauna, steam room and exercise room all enhanced our ski vacation in the mountains. Very clean condo in a great location near downtown Breck!

Excellent location! A little small but very doable for a couple. Cannot stress how perfect the location is! Easy walk to Quicksilver lift and Main Street shops and restaurants. Well stocked. Clean. Make sure to turn on blue tooth specifically for the app in your settings for the key to work. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again for convenience of location.

Great location to walk to quicksilver lift and downtown within minutes. Very well stocked rental property. Had all of the kitchen and household items we needed and more. Would highly recommend to others!

Great Location

This place is located right in The Village at Breckenridge, Peak 9. If you're going to ski/snowboard, this is great place for beginners. If your more advanced, it's a little extra tom on the lift greens to get there. The property manager was great and the place was extremely clean and well kept. It's a little dates and could use some updates. It's also way too small for four people. I would say a couple and one kid or two really small kids max.This would easily be a five star review except for the parking. It's very limited, the spacing is tight and the guest/overflow is extremely overpriced. If you don't need a car, take a shuttle here.

Incredible location for ski in and ski out.. But you better have your phone charged all day.

The Village at Breck is one of the most convenient ski in and out locations I have ever stayed at. The amenities (4 large hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, etc.) made the trip even better! Me and my buddy booked a 2 day ski trip and spend 80% of our time on the mountain. Literally a 5 min walk and you're on the Quicksilver Lift! My only issue with this place is that your cell phone is the only way in and out.. It is your resort key, your room key, your pool key, your towel key, your lift ticket, and more. If your phone dies, you cannot access anything. The front desk cannot help you as they are not associated with the VRBO booking. I would also say that this is a TRUE studio apartment, so if you have more that 2 adults, it would be far too cramped in this particular room. I would definitely look to book again at The Village, but would likely look for a larger apartment next time. It was perfect for me and my buddy, as we were more so looking for a place to crash after a full day of skiing.

Family Xmas Ski Trip

Pros:-Location, location, location. Elevator and a short walk to quicksilver chair. Right off Main St for food/shopping-Great pool/hot tub/spa. Used it every night. Even has a cool movie theater room.-Heated garage was great.Cons:-Have to download app to open door/elevator etc. App was not always successful on the first try.-Cozy studio was a little too cozy for a family with 2 kids. Would be great for a couple.
