Thanks for dropping by. My wife and I just took back the management of this condo we own - and that is why we don't have any reviews yet!

Anyway, this is a great condo a family of 4 - or friends :-) It is located right in the middle of the historic district. It is a 5-minute walk to the gondola and most places on Main Street.

This is a very comfortable space for a family of four. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a great meal. The beds are super comfortable and on mechanical bases so you can sit in bed and read, watch TV or work on your laptop. It is a game-changer if you are not familiar with this. It is also easy to access underground heated parking.

Overall, it is a wonderful, clean and uncluttered space in the middle of the historic district. However, no place is perfect (well, maybe our 1BR unit up at the Corral at Breckenridge ;-). Therefore, I am going to share the negatives of this unit (yes, we don't like our guests to be surprised :-). This unit does not have an in-unit washer and dryer. Instead, there are coin-operated ones on-premise for our guest's use. Also, this unit is on the first floor and you may hear footsteps from above. It really depends. Also, being in the heart of town you will hear traffic noise. It will depend if it is a Tesla or truck going by. It really is a great unit - I just don't want people to be surprised!
