Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I stayed here 4 nights with 9 guests and would stay here again. The condo was very clean and the location was convenient. We had everything we needed to cook so you don't have to go out.We did experience a couple issues during our stay with the Roku and heating, but they were responsive and sent someone out the next day to take a look. The roku we could never get to work, so our TV options were limited. The fireplace was also not working during our stay and we struggled to keep the living room warm. One of the vents in the living room doesn't work and there is a draft from the door/windows to the balcony.

This unit is in desperate need of repair and upgrading. Some of the issues were as follows: one. The fireplace turned out to have a gas leak which – – after causing hypoxia and requiring a visit from EMT – – resulted in the unit being rendered out of service for the length of our stay. Two. All of the adult beds had terrible mattresses. Three. Several bathroom faucets were loose, one on the verge of coming completely loose. Four. They’re evidently is a plumbing leak that is causing damage to the unit below – – so much so that the unit owner below came up and asked us not to use our showers. Five. The refrigerator leaks.Six. There were no hangers in closets and none delivered after several requests. Seven. One of the nightstand lamps in the master bedroom actually had its cord snipped – – evidently it was there just as decoration. I could go on. On the positive side this is decently located as a ski and ski out property. There was very little snow so it didn’t work for us, but that’s not the properties fault. Also one of the property managers, employees, Sergio, was responsive and sympathetic, although unable really to fix anything while we were there. Finally, only one of the bedrooms is appropriate for a couple. I would say that this unit is best used by a single-family, two adults with several children; it’s not really appropriate or comfortable for multiple couples.

The condo is in a convenient location, but the unit itself is tired. The condo décor was nice but the bed size did not match what was described in the listing - there was only 1 king size bed. The other 2 “kings” were actually queen. (This detail was not communicated during our stay because nothing could have been done about it, but please update the listing to reflect accurate information.) Cleanliness was also an issue, as there was noticeable dust throughout the unit, and the kitchen cabinets had visible chipped paint. While the condo was functional, it did not meet expectations based on the description and could benefit from better upkeep and accuracy in the listing.

The property was very and well maintained. There was a slight hint of dog urine when we got there. We have dogs so we didnt think much of it. The toliet in the down stairs bathroom needs to tightened up as it was wobbly. . Other than that it was quiet and peaceful.

It was a nice place that was super convenient to ski slopes and we all loved that!! Planned on grilling while there but the grill was not at all convenient so we cooked inside. Bathrooms had drainage and electrical issues. We very much appreciated early check in.

Great location, challenging management company
The location was fantastic, and the condo was spacious, but it needs some TLC and updating. Dealing with the Vacasa management company was challenging, as they use a call center that is presumably offshore. For example, the parking passes were missing and it took over 24 hours to get them. At one point, I was told to park in overnight parking in town and pay for it. After a day of going in circles, I was finally informed that they have a front desk in town, which would have been helpful to know upfront. Additionally, items in the kitchen were dirty and required cleaning before use.Bottom line: While the location and spaciousness of the unit are great, I would rent from a local company in Breckenridge in the future to ensure timely and local support.

Great location and views
Stayed with my adult kids and family. This was such a great spot for ski/in ski/out. The kids were so excited to board home for lunch! The condo has a great open living area with plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out, eat, play games and sit by the fireplace. Amazing views and very quiet, peaceful! Clean property easy parking. Only 2 spots so you will need to park other cars remotely but not a big deal. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook and serve. Very quick and easy communication with company that manages unit. Instant responses. We would certainly book again for the location alone!

Place is great, VaCasa management is not!
The place is great, the management was terrible. Texted they were going to bring the missing parking pass and never did then told me to locate an office downtown to get one. Sleeps 10 but not enough silverware to feed 7. Dishwasher leaves dishes dirty, even when rinsed before loading. Then asked for a 5-star review. Haha

Nice property, could use some updates, but you can’t beat the convenience of true ski in/out.
I wouldn’t walk into town because you are a ways up the mountain, no problem getting ride shares to and from.

Arrived as scheduled and the parking passes were not in the unit. Called numerous times with no solution. Starting texting and still didn’t get resolution. 24 hours later, still no solution and so I texted again. I was told to call a local number then was instructed to go to the main office on Main Street to pick up the passes. Totally unprofessional

Third party group put through vrbo onto Expedia. Both Expedia and vrbo had the listing wrong. There is only one king bed. Two queen beds. Two twin beds. We had to have people sleep on couches and the floor. None of the three companies wanted to correct the problem or take accountability for it.
On top of that one shower didn’t work. Two lamps were broke. Chandelier didn’t work. Property didn’t offer any extra towels or toiletries or even toilet paper.
No elevator available either.

This place is Amazing totally recommend. We saw moose from the balcony , a lot of rooms very clean , the kitchen great with the utensils , I totally will come back to this place. , the check out was too early. At 10 am. I booked this condo because the price was right. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was good for us. There was confusion with the parking passes, which resulted in us making a trip down to the office to pick them up. But I was impressed at their communication before check in, even sending a text which offered early check in.

Great Ski-in/Ski-out condo, on lower 4oClock run
This condo was a very open floor plan on the slopes. It’s about a 2 minute ski down to the Snowflake lift (where there is also a ticketing office and ski rental). The Wi-Fi was super fast, and the gas fireplace was right in the living room with a nice mantle to dry out your gear and warm up. Elevator from garage floor up to the 3rd floor was very convenient and easy to access. The heat in this place is electric base board heaters so it gets really dry, next time we’ll buy a humidifier to run. Great condo!

Colorado Mountain Living
I've lived here in Colorado for 45 years now and the Tyra Summit is the type of mountain home I really like. Rustic and in the woods. Saw 3 moose just this morning.
There's enough bedding for 12 folks in this condo. It's a little off the ground. 3rd floor up. Unlucky me didn't see the elevator till we were leaving.
I believe this is a new listing for Vacasa. Some small items that made the stay not as enjoyable as I'd like. The pool and hot tub were under maintenance. My grandson was disappointed. The cable TV rarely worked. Seemed to spend hours downloading channels. The Wi-Fi was just as bad.
But that's not why we came to Breck so I can overlook these trivial inconveniences.
