The unbeatable location of this condo ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips; just a quick two-block stroll takes you to the shops and eateries on Main Street or to the Gondola, a gateway to plenty of skiing options.

The Space:
Start your mountain retreat at this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that has the added bonus of being an end unit for additional privacy! A bright and stylish space, the home is filled with natural light and charm with mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a shared indoor hot tub and pool. The amazing location of the condo places you within walking distance of all that Breck has to offer, from ski access to shops and the free shuttle line, this condo is perfect for a winter or summer getaway!

When you enter the condo, you will be greeted by a spacious hallway that features a coat rack, bench seating, and a spacious hallway closet, providing ample space to comfortably unload your outdoor gear before settling into the home. Straight down the front hallway is the master bedroom, an inviting room outfitted with a king-size bed, and matching side tables with lamps, situated atop a stylish oversized rug. A clothing rack, storage ottoman, and dresser provide ample room to store your personal items during your stay. This room has all you will need for a comfortable stay and includes the added luxuries of a large mounted TV, an attached private balcony with mountain views, and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom provides a great space to freshen up before bed or get ready for the day, with a large single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo.

Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a shared bathroom with a lovely vintage-style single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. A door at the back of the bathroom connects you to the second bedroom, providing easy access to those staying in this room. The second bedroom features extra sleeping space with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and is filled with natural light from the large sliding glass doors. Step out to the shared balcony from the bedroom, enjoy a movie from the bed on the mounted smart TV, or enjoy a quiet night of reading on the plush bedding. These two bedrooms are the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a busy day of exploring.

Just across from the second bedroom, you will come to the open-space living/dining/kitchen area. This stunning area of the condo is filled with charming details such as raised ceilings featuring exposed white beams, a beautiful fireplace mantle, and a wall of windows filling the living room area with natural light. You will first arrive in the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal including spacious white countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and an open kitchen bar with three bar stools overlooking the dining and living room. The chef in your group will love cooking in this beautiful space that provides a wide range of cookware including, an air fryer, blender, and a crockpot. Conveniently located near the kitchen is the dining area, so you can easily bring hot dishes straight from the oven to the table for a family-style meal. The dining area features a table with seating for four with modern lights hanging overhead and stylish artwork creating a chic style.

Adjacent to the dining area is the bright and inviting living room, a space filled with windows bringing in ample natural light and mountain views. The living room will be your favorite place to relax with a comfortable 3-person couch with a chaise, 2 plush swivel chairs, and extra cushions that can be placed on the floor or the large ledge in front of the fireplace. 3 cushioned ottomans can also be used for extra sitting space, or for a nice footrest for added comfort. Snuggle up and watch the snow fall as you warm up by the fire, catch up with your group while you relax on the plush furnishings, or enjoy a movie night from the large mounted flat-screen TV. This dynamic room is the perfect hang-out area for your group, and can also double as a sleeping space, with the sofa pulling out into a queen-size bed for those who need extra sleeping accommodations.

Guests will also have access to the shared indoor sauna, pool, and hot tub, a great way to ease sore muscles after a day out on the slopes or hiking trails.

This condo is in one of the most desired locations in town, just off of N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a quick ten-minute walk, you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few minutes away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes. Take advantage of this incredible location and make the short two-block stroll onto Main Street where you can discover local shops, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, the Breckenridge Arts District, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. Getting Around:
This condo's prime location offers easy walking access to Breckenridge's main attractions, ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. The BreckConnect Gondola, a short 10-minute stroll away, provides access to Peaks 7 and 8 for abundant skiing choices. Additionally, the FREE Main Street trolley, with stops just minutes from the condo, including French and Lincoln, is a convenient way to explore downtown Breckenridge and connect to various public transportation routes at Main Street Station. Uber and Lyft are readily available for your convenience.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

There is ongoing courtyard renovation, please expect that there will be limited access to the said area until further notice and also expect some noise during your stay.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please take note that the pool, sauna, and hot tub, which are communal facilities, are accessible year-round and are situated on the first level, adjacent to the elevator.
