This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great aprĂšs-ski dining.

Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, lined with trees and running parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. Live music fans can enjoy concerts at Riverwalk Center, where indoor heated seating is available in winter and lawn seating in summer. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can catch the free trolley—an ideal way to explore downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly access the ski slopes via the BreckConnect Gondola, just blocks from the home, which takes you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
