We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The easy access to town was wonderful. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest I have encountered. Communication with the property manager was excellent and made everything run very smoothly. Thank you for the 10 inches of snow the day after we arrived as it made for a beautiful outdoor wedding just down the road at another house. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to visit again.

There were four of us up for a quick getaway. The men wanted to fish and the women wanted to stay in the hot tub. I brought pop-up canopy to just throw over the hot tub for a little privacy and some music and it became fun. Four day getaway for us.

This was a perfect cabin for my family of three (wife, 2yr old daughter, and myself). It is tucked away in a quite little neighbor south of Breck right off the highway. There is a park three houses down that my daughter loved.The canin isnt really setup for a toddler but it ended up working well for us. Decent amenities, clean and cozy.

We stayed here for our little family vacation in Breckenridge. House was a good distance from downtown activities. Quiet and nestled in a beautiful wooded area. Theres a little playground within walking distance with a creek. The hot tub was great and the house was stocked with lots of games and puzzles. One thing to note was that the downstairs queen bed was very firm. We loved our stay!

This is a great place if you want to get away from the business of the town. Everything you needed for your stay! I wish there was AC unit as I didn't want to sleep with the doors open especially on the main level.

House and property was nice enough, but several aspects didn't meet the mark. The biggest issue was with the amenities listed and the property owner. When we booked the property, it listed a gas grill. Then, when we received the pre arrival email, it stated the gas grill wouldn't be available due to fire restrictions. Once we arrived (and since fire restrictions change often), I checked the county's and town's fire restrictions and there were none, and also called the local fire department and emailed the town manager regarding gas grill restrictions. All of them confirmed that there were no restrictions and no permits required. I contacted the property manager about the lack of propane and the lack of current restrictions who referred me to the owner, who said there were fire "warnings". I noted the lack of current restrictions; especially regarding gas/propane grills, and the owner then replied they didn't have the permit (which isn't required). After check out, she told me she received a citation from the town police for grill usage, which is strange because I have seen no citation and if we did use the grill, it wouldn't of been in violation of any codes. The owner then claimed they were "chewed out" by a neighbor because we were using fireworks, which didn't happen. I've lived in Colorado for 14 years and am well aware of the fireworks restrictions (and because I looked them up). They then threatened to send me to legal...I told them to feel free and stopped communication. All of that, plus no dishwasher or washer detergent (which wasn't mentioned in the listing or pre arrival email, only one towel per guest for use in showers and the hot tub made the overall experience terrible. I have texts, call logs, and emails to documenting all of the aforementioned interactions.

Took the family for a long weekend get away to Breckenridge. We had a great stay. Location is away from the craziness of Breckenridge traffic but still only a few miles away to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything was as described and the hot tub is super easy to use with the rollbar cover.
