Other Things to Note: (Professionally Managed By Effortless Rental Group) • You may park one vehicle in the complex parking areas. Any additional vehicles need to utilize other parking options around town. A parking pass must be displayed at all times. Failure to display a parking pass while on-site may result in tickets or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. • *Please Note: No pets, no parties, and NO SMOKING is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 7 PM - 7 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy. • There are bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife in the area - Please close and lock all trash bins as well as the doors and your vehicle at all times! • There is a private grill on the patio, as well as a common area grill for the complex. Adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank. • The 2 shared complex hot tubs are open from 10am-10pm. Long Weekend in Breckenridge!
Drove up from Texas for a Mountain getaway, and this place was great! Located one block from Main Street and lots of shopping and food and fun! Beautiful town, and made for an amazing trip!
