Elk Lodge is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Beaver Run Resort at Peak 9, and within a short walking distance from historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.
Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring throughout, newly installed walk-in shower, new furniture and mountain modern decor, and fresh interior paint, this charming condo is a guest favorite!
The owners, Terry and Kathie, invite you to enjoy their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This is a true ski in, ski out condo steps to Beaver Run chairlift at Peak 9. Request an onsite shuttle or walk to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

Enjoy the fabulous view of the ski slopes right outside the condo window
1 BEDROOM / 1 FULL BATHROOM
Elk Lodge is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 774 sq ft and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals
DINING AREA
The dining table seats 4 guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats three more.
COZY LIVING AREA
This condo has a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, HDTV, a comfortable leather queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs.

This charming condo is mountain modern and elk themed which earned it's nickname "Elk Lodge".

Beaver Run Resort offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out facility, arcade and a free town shuttle!

Onsite surface lot parking is available with permit, and is offered upon booking.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo.
COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer located at Beaver Run Resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.
OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located at the lift side plaza area of Beaver Run Resort.
TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor with a trash chute for convenient trash removal while staying.
THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.
YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!
At many lodges in Breckenridge including Beaver Run, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces are in high demand and limited, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking, and payment will be requested upon check-in at the Beaver Run Resort front desk.
2024-2025 OVERNIGHT PARKING RATE:
$38 per day
BEAVER RUN RESORT FEE:
Beaver Run Resort has a daily resort fee of $24.80 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.
