« Nice and peaceful. Authentic ranch environment on an open range, with cattle, coyotes in the distance, and a couple of nice barn cats. The quarters are new remodeled. Very clean. Nice place to get away and slow down. Highly recommend this place when in town for A&M functions, or if you need a real getaway from city life. Just a few miles to the campus, and close to the airport as well if you fly charter. »

« We wanted to stay in a “country oasis” for the most part we got that. Our host provided cow feed which proved to be a hit amongst the kids. There was a old pan of Bacon in the oven when we got there but otherwise it was clean.Unfortunately, we got a weird message from Joe, the host that was disingenuous and threatening…He received a message that VRBO flagged me in the system as being a rowdy guest- I contacted VRBO and they issued no such email- and that he was “ going to have his guy come check...

« We booked to stay while going to Round Top and Warrenburg to shop ‘til you drop. It is about 30 minutes SE of those towns and about 15 minutes south from downtown Brenham. The wrap around porches lend plenty of spaces to enjoy drinks, meals, morning coffee, etc. From the master bedroom enjoy watching the sunrise from the warmth of your bed or keep the drapes pulled and enjoy some extra shut eye. Well thought out and beautiful surroundings welcoming young and old alike make this a memory making...
