« Our stay was very nice. The location was very convenient for going to the local dinosaur attractions. The host was very nice and hospitable. The only problem with the stay was the rooms were located on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor, but this was more of a physical problem since getting older stairs are a little more difficult to traverse, and having to get up in the middle of the night to "go" was tricky. « Great location for convenient access to spring, the woodlands and conroe. Well kept, clean and modern facility. The AC was great, laundry machines great, hot tub was outstanding and the VRBO lived just as it looks in the pictures. Outstanding stay. »

« This place is such a gem! My Partner & I needed a place where I could work remotely while he took care of some business in Elgin. It was clean, updated, quiet, peaceful, and offered amazing views and scenery. We prepared and ate all meals in the home, and it was equipped with all the basics you need.
