L'hotel est neuf. Tout est tres bien à l'intérieur. Il est situé dans un drole d'endroit qui semble etre un parc industriel et commercial et assez pres de l'autoroute. Le buffet déjeuner est inclus. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour le buffet. Il n'y a pas de restaurants intéressants aux alentours.

First time hopefully not our last. Since we walked in it was great. The staff was welcoming. Beth answered all questions and was very welcoming. But Debbie, wow. She was managing everything at breakfast. She was on top of it. Make sure every was refilled as soon as it finished. She was great. The room was big and comfy for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool as weak. The temp was Good for a late swim.

The worst experience ever. The heater is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all. I spoke with the receptionist the day after, she didn’t look surprised, she said that part of the hotel has been remodelled but not the area in which my room was. She also said she was going to talk with a manager and she offer a discount (even I didn’t ask for), but I’ve never heard back from her or any manager and I didn’t get any partial refund! Terrible experience!

Welcoming and comfortable for our family of five.
Great stay! Welcoming and friendly staff who cared about our comfort. Kids had fun in the pool. Good choice for breakfast including various dietary options. Would recommend.

Our new stop in Brattleboro
Wonderful stop on our adventure home after Christmas. Especially enjoyed the pool and the breakfast (although they wouldn’t refill the pancake station after 9:15.

Overall the hotel was nice. There were a few disappointing things about the room. There was a leftover twisted tea can on the headboard. There was crumbs on the floor and hair on the bathtub. The breakfast was good, staff were friendly.

The lobby was under construction for the time I was there. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked but Expedia or Holiday Inn didn't announce that. If they did, they know nobody would book. There were some other minor issues, but the staff was super friendly and made it worth it

I'm sorry that your stay was a disappointing one. We did our best to notify guests by an announcement on the website. Our management team did offer you points as compensation to stay at another hotel or use here in the future. I also believe an offer for a complimentary night was sent as well. We really tried to inform guests of the work being done and compensate you when you weren't satisfied.

I am sure this negative review is also renovation related. The lobby and breakfast area being worked on is probably the most difficult phase of the project for staff and guests. Staff is completely out of their element and guests have nowhere to relax except for their rooms. This phase is just about done and we will be brand new. Please come back and check out the finished product!

We are obviously under renovations and sometimes we are at the mercy of the contractors working at the hotel. I'm sorry for the early wake up. The end result will be worth it!
