The hostess was so kind and welcoming. The location was convenient for after a concert at Black Oak Amp. Simple accomodations, but we had what we needed and slept very well!

Nice enough place You get what you pay for... Towels had blue stains, chairs and carpet were filthy... Bed was comfortable... Pool was small but well kept... Staff was nice and the rate was good.... Overall not really a bad place Just could use some more attention to details.

It was affordable to stay. It's close to the attractions which made getting around easy. There were not that many diners nearby but I brought my food and drinks so it didn't make an issue. They have a pool but it was closed for cleaning so I couldn't take a dive.

wonderful stay
This is a great little gem in Branson West. The owner is wonderful, the property is well maintained and very clean. It's an older motel, but very well kept.

Basic Clean Old School Motel
We chose this location so we could visit Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock. Friendly staff, room was older but really very clean. They have swimming pool which looked crystal clear but we didn't jump in because it was a little early in the season. It's a good place for a night or two. Note: no hairdryer in room, plan accordingly!

It was good for a motel in very rural Mo. Staff was very helpful. No coke machine, etc. But it was adequate for a one night stay.

The carpet in the room was very stained. The air conditioner was not working. The room was very warm all night. When my husband talked to the front desk person, he was told we didn't have it turned on high enough. We had it turned up as high as it would go. We didnt feel like they were intetested in taking care fo the porblem.

This is an older property, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very attentive that we had five people in our party. There were enough towels and cups for five people. Sometimes you only get four towels. The room was very clean, the AC was great and we slept very well.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner ran the front desk and was very friendly. Keep in mind that this is an older motel but it’s a great value for just a place to sleep at night. The giant ice maker was definitely an added perk for stocking your cooler for a day on the lake. Would stay again, thank you!

If you're just looking for a place to spend a night or two, this place should fit the bill. It is "tired looking" and outdated, but our room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Not a lot of amenities, decent outdoor pool.

This hotel was the worst we have stayed in. The staff was kind and friendly. The facility was not in good or clean shape. The shower was terrible because the head didn’t seem to work right. The blankets seemed dirty upon arrival. Location was very inconvenient and not as close to the things in Branson as expected.

These guests were here 4 days. Everyday they were here they had do not disturb on their door, so the room wasn't cleaned during their stay, which is not the norm. If the room had been dirty as they claim, wouldn't they want it cleaned? The room was clean when they got here. When these guests left, they were charged for damages. There were at least 10 pee stains on the floor and some were still wet. Both beds had wet pee in them. Not just a little, enough to soak through the sheets, the protective blanket, the pillowtop and into the mattresses. This room will be offline and unrentable for multiple days because of their actions. These guests were informed of the charges and told not to return, and that is why they left this review. Since this review they have been threatening us and cussing us out. Btw, we took pictures of the room after they left.

It was great. Clean room, comfortable beds. Has a coffee pot and a refrigerator with a freezer for cold packs!!!! Staff is great, friendly, accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean. But the parking was a nightmare and the cleaning lady walked in on us. She did not give enough time between knocking and walking in. We were sleeping.
