We got checked in and the staff was good. When we got to our room the smell was horrible a pest chemical smell and gave a headache instantl. We in formed the staff at the front desk who allowed us to check out another room and it was to our liking. No smell and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.but the first glance at our first room turned out intrest away due to the foul smell.

The room was ok but needs a little updating. We had no hot water do we couldn’t take a shower. There were cigarette butts all over the ground. If people are going to smoke, at least put your butts in the garbage.

The key cards to unlock our door kept getting reset so they wouldn’t work when we tried to open it. Also the bathroom was really gross. It wasn’t very clean and smelled terrible before we even used it. The curtains on the window would reach all the way, so we had to be very careful of where we were standing when we changed or people could see us. The people above our room were very noisy till about 2:30 am. Also you could hear everything from children running outside to people talking in front of the door. The property was not very well lit at night which made us feel unsafe at times. Also the AC unit didn’t work properly. When we first checked in I had a HUGE hole in my comforter and had to have it replaced. The one they gave me had a yellow stain on it. The pillows were terrible and had holes in the cases. Overall, it was not a great experience. I will not be coming back here.

The room smelled of smoke and was not fully cleaned when we got there. Hair in the bath tub. We had to get new room key cards 3 different times because they quit working. The hot tub had to be drained and refilled due to REALLY dirty water during our stay.

This property is located on the main drag and close to most activities. The employee in the breakfast area works her butt off and should be praised for her hard work. Our room was clean and spacious with the excpetion of the bathroom, which has very tight quarters.

Limited staffing so it is not their fault. However; dirt and mildew was everywhere. I bought my own cleaning supplies and trash bags to keep my room clean. They worked on the lighting but lefts the mess for two days or maybe longer because I checked Out. We froze for three nights. We asked for them to help and they tried. The owner needs to put some money into the property and at least clean and update where rust and mildew are gone. Like i said, it’s not the staff. They were friendly and did their best. It’s not a reflection of their effort. At all.

Couldn't check in till 4pm. Was given entry card to a VERY dirty room! Went back to front desk and waited 15 minutes before was given entry card to another room, only to get to that room and the entry card not work! Room smelled very musty!! Vents on air conditioner broken. Swimming pool water VERY cloudy/dirty looking.

Indoor pool was so cold. No towels for swimming. No maid service to bring fresh towels, coffee, take out trash or make beds. Can hear neighbors next door talking. Pool always open so people screaming in pool all night. Only plus was the lady serving breakfast was so sweet.

Extremely dirty rooms, melted candy on floor behind bed across wntire bed, dirt was cloths hanging in bathroom, plugins stained mattress, doors did not lock on 2nd room, 1st room door was broken at bottom, second room had hair balls in tub, when I talked to front desk they were very rude and defensive immediately, did not care about the cleanliness of the room and continuously talked at me and insulted me by saying I’m the only person who doesn’t understand simple things when I asked for check out confirmation. Outside doors did not lock, anyone from street could enter into pool area and rooms around pool.

We value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Unfortunately you may have not seen the parking lot next to the building you were staying in. It has room to park 75 additional cars and many of our guests with large pickups and trucks park there. The parking in the front has 40 additional spaces. We do apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you find yourself in the area again we welcome you back with hospitality and plenty of parking as a promise.

First we checked in then they go to tell us it’s 40$ more dollars more then the 70$ we already paid on the website. But that was whatever okayand they gave us a unclean room so we had to leave and wait a hour and a half till they got one cleaned for us, we get inside of the hotel and they got a big flood right now ! I kept feeling something drip on me and I look up and the ceilings are covered in water in the hallways and when you step it sounds like a water puddle bc the carpet is soaking up all that water when it does fall from the ceiling. The pictures it shows are true but not as nice as it looks. They have completely let it go and let eveything run down. It definitely wasn’t worth 110 when l ended up getting another room for 60$ and it was more comfortable for me and my family and kept up with.

The staff here was super nice from the girl at from desk Tammy, to Rayleen & Shawn. The new manager Russ was very friendly and you can truly see his customer service nature it’s natural. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and I the hot tub. Was good stay.

The indoor pool was freezing cold, as well as the space it was in. We wanted a hotel with an indoor pool since we had lots of kiddos... ruined a big part of the trip for them. The staff was absolutely great!

The photos you see in the pictures advertisement was taken when the building was new,,, and there is no hot tub in the suites they are Jacuzzi tubs built for two, but they are advertised as a hot tub in the room

Both days the key to room had to be constantly be reprogrammed in order to get into room. Swimming pool area was very nice but ran out of towels both days and changing room floor was very wet. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Kathy with the blue and gray hair is rude and obnoxious!! While I was fixing my plate and my wife’s plate with two biscuits each she loudly announced in a rude manner that I had taken all the biscuits; by the way there were around 5 biscuits left. Then I responded that’s what they’re here for and she kept on responding rude remarks. This has been going on everyday that we’ve been here. Also, the front desk was suppose to put a hundred dollar hold on a charge card, but the actually took over two hundred.

It was a good location close to lots! It was quiet and family friendly. The people at the counter were nice and helpful. We didn’t love that there was a small pile in every corner of dog hair. The bathroom looked like it needed the cocking cleaned out and a new layer put down as it had pink mold on it. Thankfully the bedding and bathroom were very clean with no dog hair. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly place so if you have an allergy to pet hair I wouldn’t suggest going.

The interior room by the pool was not the cleanest. Comforter had spots, bathroom had dirt and stuff on wall. The water feom the faucet only ran hot water, that was scorching. The blow dryer also did not work. Doors to the outsed stated must open with room key and do not prop open. They were unlocked and open. We have previously stayed at the outside entrance room, which was cleaner. Not impressed this time. Staff also complained about beimg short staffed due to how management treats individuals.

Don’t do it
Not recommended. I heard other people snoring through the walls. Also, and more importantly, I had a roach in my bathroom. They moved us without hesitation, but know I stayed in the same room…. Ick. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but there’s better for not much more price wise.

hotel staff was excellent! hotel not so much. nothing worked properly but worse was the safety. side door from outside of pool always propped open and other side door key lock did not work. anyone from outside could access elevator and corridor right outside our rooms! pictures online are very deceptive. holes in walls and bedding.

We arrived a bit early and was refused an early check-in. This was fine, because we need to get lunch. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit run down, nothing like the photos on the website. When we checked into our room, well after check in time, there were wet spots all over the floor. Then we notice how unclean the room was. There were stains on the blankets, lots of water damage to the ceiling, and the bathroom was unclean. There was hair in the bathtub and a faint smell of urine. Because we were had driven over 200 miles, would be gone all evening to the Sight & Sound Theater, and was leaving early the next morning, we decided to not go through the trouble and stay. The next morning when when were leaving, we saw roaches crawling on the floor. Before leaving, we went to get breakfast and the lady working the breakfast was extremely pleasant and kind.
