« Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background. »

« Super clean room. Loved the historic area. Restaurant was amazing. »

« The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. « Nice clean rooms ! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Very clean and well maintained for the age and nightly price of property. »
