« I’ve stayed at this property over 20 times in the last 20 years, and it has never been updated. Property is showing its age, and now they want to charge for parking. Very disappointed that this property hasn’t kept up with the times and terms of the decor, amenities, and overall freshness. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful.
