Located on the Santa Fe River perfect for boating & tubing on the Ichetucknee.

Making memories on the beautiful Santa Fe River. This large family friendly home offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sunroom, a party deck, kid friendly activities, tubing on the Ichetucknee River, swimming off the dock or just relaxing in the jacuzzi. Make a morning trip to the boathouse and enjoy your coffee in the peace and quiet of the river. Finish your day cooking smores at the backyard fire pit.

Bring your own boat and cruise the Santa Fe and Suwannee River. Private boat ramp is walking distance from the house. Easy docking at our boathouse.

Tube the private section of the Ichetucknee River. Key deposit required. Maximum guests allowed is 12. We can make your tubing experience easy by
renting you tubes that are ready for you when you get to the river house. Ask us about renting tubes.

Plenty of seating in both the dining area and living room for a large gathering. If you are a puzzle person, find a seat at the game table and help us finish a puzzle. If you are looking for some real downtime, this is the place to be. At night watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in the morning the manatees and otters playing at the river. The only sounds you will hear are the crickets and frogs talking to each other.

This house, the host, and the trip was awesome. We had neighborhood friends, family, and kids with us. There was room for everyone, great large kitchen area. Access to the private part of the Ichetucknee was so nice! The Stambaugh’s our great hosts, we can’t wait to do the same trip again next year!

Lazy River Family Vacation
Plenty of room for the entire family (11 of us total with more beds to spare). Great location on the river. The access to the private section of the Itchetucknee was EXTREMELY nice! Kids enjoyed the slide at the dock, and the hot tub was a nice option as well.

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND ON THE SANTA FE RIVER
WE hid several of us stay for the weekend. the house was roomy comfortable and fun!!! My grand daughter said it was the best vacation stay we ever had. the house is set up for families for all ages young and old. with plenty to do on the property. from hanging out by the river and swimming to hot tubbing to fire pit sitting. plenty of sleeping space and the owners were very easy to work with and communicate with. the house had a very homey feel. we are grateful for the stay . joyce and joe carroll

What an amazing getaway!
I cannot recommend this place enough times ! It was so peaceful and awesome; the place was so cute and me and my friends had a wonderful weekend floating in the river and just enjoying each others company. Great home and location!
We had an amazing time at this property! The home is very spacious and has plenty of beds for a large gathering of family and/or friends. Our favorite part of the trip was included access to the private park for tubing down the Ichetucknee river. That amenity alone is priceless. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

The overall stay was wonderful. The location allowed you to swim right off the dock or tube down the river from the private parks within the subdivision. Plenty of sleeping for a large group. Lots of extras for entertainment such as indoor & outdoor games, hot tub. Very nice.

No need to leave property :)
First more than anything, the host goes above and beyond from the convenience items to communication. Very generous check in and ck out times compared to over 50 I have stayed at in past years. Rooms huge! There is so much to do at house itself or just relax looking outside. Private Itcheetucknee tubing awesome, saves the walking all the way at the state park. Already planning another visit. This is my new annual spot as I go every year.

Wonderful river house
We had a group of 10 that stayed here for a long weekend. Plenty of space and fun activities. Debbie met us at the house for check in and to share details of the property. We fished off the dock and played games they had set up at the house. We usually tube the State Park but Debbie told us about the private access tubing and we spent the day there. It was a beautiful run and less crowded than the state park. Would definitely book again!

Very Relaxing!
This home was perfect. I had 7 teens with me and they never once said they were "bored". They stayed busy inside and outside and didn't want to leave when it was time to go home. The house offers all the comforts of home and the owners were very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Amazing riverfront VRBO with fun tubing run!
We loved our stay at this VRBO on the river! The location was perfect and the accommodations were spacious and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and playing games. The tubing run was a highlight of our trip – so much fun! The host was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO for a relaxing getaway.
