Heating cooling system non functional, food in resto poor at best. Broken sink and shower in one of the rooms. staff unable to help with anything because booked online.

Pas un endroit pour vous reposer. PARTY hotel...
Si vous cherchez un endroit ou vous reposer pour une nuit ce n'est pas le bon endroit. L'hotel est parfait, les chambres très bien. Par contre c'est plus un ''party'' hotel. Il y a une piscine intérieur au centre de l'hotel qui donne directement sur la chambre via une porte patio. La piscine ferme a 23h00. Les enfants crient sans arrêt et les adultes sont sur le party et parlent fort. Impossible de dormir avant minuit. Je devais me lever tôt pour faire une longue route et j'étais très fatigué après mon séjour. De plus, le personnel est rude et semblait se soucier peu de mon confort...

Nice pool but hot tub jets were broken no biggie though Bed very comfortable and shower was awesome, nice staff asked and got a first floor room also pet friendly for our service dog even gave us a treat package for her definitely stay again👍

Nice place, clean and quiet. Had trouble with the tv until I realized it was unplugged lol Didn’t try the pool or anything. Staff was very nice and helpful

Room was across the hall from a hospitality suite. !5 &16 year old volley ball tournament in town. Hall full of kids and parents partying in the hall. until 10:30. Someone partier knocking on door wanting to get in the room.

I know our apologies do not make up for your experience, but we do want to sincerely apologize for this happening during your stay. Our quiet time hours are from 9am-11pm on weekends. Please always call front desk if you have problems we can send security to help assist with these kinds of situations. It was ok, fire alarm battery died & was beeping at midnight but they removed it right away. Had to request a hair dryer as there was not one in the room. Pillows were terrible, sacks of foam chips. Restaurant food was mediocre.

We enjoyed having the restaurant on site. The pool area was quiet and fun for kids. We just wish the whirlpool was working!!

Clean, great price, great parking lot for travelling with a trailer. Only complaint is the rooms weren’t very sound proof, but didn’t personally effect my staty

We only stayed one night and enjoyed the room and hot tub. The restaurant was very good except they ran out of salmon which was the main reason we went to it!

Nice hotel but room was cold.
Overall it was a good stay, but the room was cold and would not get over 18C
