« Home is very well maintained. Safe neighborhood close to several places within walking distance to hide, bike and kayak. Lovely pool and spa in a beautiful fenced in private backyard. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed is very.comfortable. Mike answered any questions we had immediately and was very kind and professional. This house is a gem as are the owners. »

« This is one of our favorites! The location is ideal with easy access to Manatee Ave. The park has an incredible old pine tree and wonderful air off of the river. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved the garden area out back. Thank you for making this a nice home away from home. »

« THE HOUSE WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE WE WANTED TO GO. VERY NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THE ADDED PERKS OF THE COMMUNITY POOL - TENNIS COURTS- BASKETBALL COURTS WE WERE GIVEN A KEY PASS TO USE THE WEEK WE WERE THERE ON VACA. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE - TV WAS TERRIBLE(NEED TO GET A BETTER TV NETWORK) NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH 70'S - 80'S OLD TV PROGRAMS!!! PART OF THE TIME NONE OF IT WORKED. OTHER ISSUES WERE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED- ONLY HOT WATER...

It was great to have a kitchen and bbq area for meals, enough space for our four year old and us to sleep comfortably, and a peaceful garden and pool area to spend our evenings. We also so appreciated all the amenities provided - having beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrellas at our disposal was so helpful! « The place was great! Couple of things though it was terribly hot in the master bedroom and throughout the whole house when we checked in. Maybe when there are renters coming someone can turn the AC down the day before? I would check the AC filters as well. Also washing the towels and linens so they are fresh. The towels were rough and had a stale smell to them we went and bought our own soaps to wash them. We also ran out of trash bags during our stay. But other than that it was great! Main...

« First, we love staying at the Shorewalk community as we have stayed there 3 previous times. The evening before checkin I received a checkin for 2 different locations. I messaged that I was confused because one was at Shorewalk and another was Betty by the beach. Not until the next morning did I get a response that the additional one was sent in error. When we arrived at the Shorewalk condo on Saturday about 5pm we tried to use our code to get in. After several attempts I called. Left a message...

« The house is absolutely beautiful. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), well stocked , very nice lanai, big backyard, gas grill, the owner came right away when there was a small issue - she is Very nice. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay. Looking forward to staying there again. »

« The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again. »
