Guests will have private access to the entire studio-style unit, featuring two queen beds and a full private bathroom with a shower.

Inside the unit, you’ll also have a Smart TV, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small table with seating. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for days spent at the beach.

Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub located just outside the unit. A shared washer and dryer are conveniently located just down the hall.

Any locked closets, storage areas, or other spaces not included with the unit are reserved for owner use and are off-limits to guests.

To help you settle in, we provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more. These are starter supplies and not intended to last your entire stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby grocery stores and convenience shops.

We do not provide cable TV, but you’ll find two Smart TVs available for streaming using your own login credentials (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.).

No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the unit. A $300 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking indoors is found.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as enforced by the City of Bradenton. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay.
