Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) - The master bedroom is located on the second level, with king size bed, provides the seclusion and privacy you need after a busy day at the beach. The master bath is spacious with a large walk in shower as well as a soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) - The second bedroom is located on the 1st floor. Equipped with a queen bed, this bedroom is adjacent to the full bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) - The Bunk Room! What is a vacation without a bunk room! The bunk room is also located on the second level and is equipped with a double over double bunk and a single bed trundle.

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 4 is located on the main level and has a queen size bed. Also located adjacent to the downstairs bathroom.

Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 5 is located in the pool house and contains a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the pool. When the nights are cool, I love opening the slider and falling asleep to the sounds of the pool.

Bedroom 6 (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 6 is also located in the pool house and contains a double over double bunk bed with single trundle.

The large open kitchen is the ideal gathering area with large island and stools. The large island provides dining area with an additional indoor dining table that seats 6 people.

Directly adjacent to the expansive kitchen is the deluxe coffee bar! Whatever your coffee fix, we have you covered. If you don't see you're preferred caffeine fix, let us know!

The first living room is part of the open kitchen / living room layout with doors to the pool area. Equipped with a large TV and comfy couch, it's the perfect place to relax and reminisce about your wonderful experiences!

The house was very spacious and in a great neighborhood.We enjoyed walking over to see the manatees everyday sometimes twice a day. Close to grocery stores and beach was a drive but not too bad. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

Excellent home for family vacation. Great pool and spa.plenty of space to spread out. We walked down the street and saw manatees. Close to different beaches and dining options. Nice quiet place. The previous renters had been a bit hard on the place. When i contacted the owner about a few issues he jumped right on it. Highly recommend. We would go back again!

The house was perfect for our two families of 8 and 5. The teenage girls loved the pool house! We all enjoyed the pool area. The house had everything we needed for relaxing there and for a couple trips to the beach. And we all loved the short walk to check on the manatees each day. Great location.

In town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG and Premier Sports Complex, the house was great proximity to both venues. Overall the house was a perfect fit for our group, more than enough room for us all. The pool house was a nice space for the teenage girls. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was very clean and Rich our host was available whenever we reached out. I would highly recommend!!

The stay was great and the weather was wonderful. The house was very nice with plenty of room for our party. Everyone especially loved the pool and the close proximity of the beaches. Searching for shells was such a fun time and watching the sunset over the Gulf couldn’t have been more beautiful. We would definitely book here again. My only recommendation would be to replace the baking sheets. That being said using them with foil was an easy fix. Thanks again for a great vacation experience!!

We have been wanting to vacation by the beach for a while. The only reason we didn’t give a five star is because the pool was not ready for us. Once the pool was serviced, we were able to enjoy the premises to the fullest. The house was perfect for our family of 12, and we would definitely go back. Rich (the owner) was always available and responded immediately after contacted. The house is a few minutes from grocery stores and just 12 minutes away from the beach. We enjoyed our time there.
