This peaceful ocean-themed condo is ready to be your retreat by the beach! Guests of this condo will be able to enjoy private access to Bradenton Beach all throughout their stay, as well as access to prime shared amenities. When you're coming back from adventures, settle down in central air conditioning. The private screened-in balcony is a perfect place to enjoy fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen features tools and full-sized appliances for guests' cooking projects, in addition to a breakfast bar perfect for quick meals or for younger guests to do homework. The private washer/dryer will ensure that the bathing suits are ready whenever you need them. Shared amenities include the largest heated swimming pool on Anna Maria Island, and of course the beach is never far away.

*This complex sustained damage from the storm, and construction is still ongoing in the area. The pool is also currently out of service while repairs are underway.

Great Location

This a great location! It's on the bay side but a short walk across the street to the Gulf. The listing says 'hot tub' access but I didn't see a hot tub anywhere, not a huge issue unless you're staying there wanting to use a hot tub. There are tennis & pickle ball nets/courts but you have to bring your own rackets & balls, it would have been nice if those were provided in the unit. There was no beach equipment, no beach chairs, beach toys for kids, cooler, etc. not a huge issue for us but if you're thinking the unit will have these items, it doesn't. There were beach towels. There were starter items (which was nice!), dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, all except for detergent, just an FYI. The unit was clean. The screened in balcony is nice, there is a little table and two chairs to sit out. Having the bay pier right on property was nice for my husband who likes to fish. The pool is heated and it is big, it was nice and clean. Communication wasn't the quickest when I couldn't figure out the TV/cable but my techy kid figured it out. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Overall very happy with everything about our stay. Only area of opportunity is the communication with rental management customer service. Never talked to anyone locally after many attempts for a few needs (I.e., Parking guest pass, late check out request, etc).

Very clean and neat condo

The condo was roomy, clean and very neat. Had miscommunication about location of parking pass. Lighting could be more uniform in bathrooms. Master bedroom door handle locked when closed and could not get it unlocked until we removed the door handle. Second bathroom tub did not drain well and made bottom of tub very slick. Lanai door needs adjusted. But overall, would rent again.

Island getaway

The condo was spacious, has plenty of storage space and very well stocked. The kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of beach towels and some beach equipment available for our use. The condo description is a bit misleading as the ocean is a very short, easy walk to get to but there isn’t any waterfront access. Also, we never saw/ found a hot tub or sauna. These two amenities weren’t a requirement for us in booking the property but we would have been disappointed if they were. Overall, we thought the property was great.

Family of four with two children (ages 7 and 15) stayed for two weeks. Clean 2nd floor apartment (unit 251) close to pool and beach. Residents downstairs complain of any noise made between 10pm-8am due to island noise ordinance so if you have children this is not the apartment for you especially if staying up late. I felt we couldn’t even walk around the apartment or even get ice from the fridge afraid the residents downstairs would complain - which they did twice. The porch door makes a lot of banging sounds when opening/closing the door and since their complaint was “banging noises” I’m sure it was the porch door. Master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the apartment and the bed is not comfortable. A technician came to check the AC but the master was never cool like the rest of the apartment. A lot of noise due to maintenance in the complex (lawn mowers and leaf blowers) so sleeping in was rarely an option. Rental management was very nice and attentive to our needs. I let them know of the noisy porch door for future customers. But be weary of the downstairs residents.
