The kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making meal prep a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a skylight that fills the space with warm, natural light, perfect for breakfast or a cozy dinner. The first bathroom also includes a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and its own private balcony overlooking the tennis courts, providing a quiet retreat. Sunset Soul at Pelican Cove 8 is on the 3rd floor with stair access and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program.
