« Great location, plenty of beaches, parks, eateries, shops,etc..The room was clean, however, this is a bedroom that used to be part of a complete condo. Probably used to be the "master". The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. (probably in the "main unit"). The "kitchenette" is a shelf in a closet in the bathroom.? The fridge is under the...

« Excellent location. Close to beach and restaurants. Just perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. »

« Very pleasant stay. Short walk to beach and we had access to wagon and beach chairs. Location is great, very close to Bridge St. and many restaurants.Property manager had emailed all necessary information for condo. We enjoyed our stay at Sugary Sands! »

« Great property that got our family of five well. Direct access to the bay is great and the resort access to the Gulf, along with chairs at the beach made it so easy to enjoy our days in the sun. The space is newly renovated and well done. Largest shower EVER in the master bedroom. Do recommend an exhaust fan in the restroom to help reduce moisture from the shower. Small but suitable kitchen, well equipped with items you need to eat in. »
