This spot is on the 2nd floor right on the beach in the shade of 2 trees! The location is the absolute selling point of this property. Those 2 trees provide shade on the balcony in the afternoon so the unit doesnât get unbearably hot. The communication was EXCELLENT! We had a couple issues, some resolved ASAP, others had to take a little time but the people behind the communications through VRBO was immediate and helpful. The unit inside is cute and perfect for 2 people. We cooked almost every night, they have the basics so if you plan on needing a blender or to bake you should bring some specialty items with you. The air conditioner works really well and we were comfortable at 73 degrees.I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because something was being stored under the bed and it was crazy dusty. The bedroom lamps were unplugged so we had to move the bed to plug them back in and saw the massive buildup of dust there as well. We communicated through VRBO, they had me send pictures so they could send to the property manager so Iâm sure it will be perfect for the next travelers. Other than the dust under/behind the bed - the living room, kitchen & bathroom were all clean and tidy.We will definitely stay here again.
