« This is a wonderful resort style condominium complex that is super clean and has great amenities including a large pool area with loungers and tables and umbrellas, fitness room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam room and sauna! Also has great security and the location is ideal!! The unit was very cute, clean and had all that you needed for your stay. The hist was AMAZING and always returned your emails promptly!! « Please contact the property 24 hours prior your stay, when I got there it took me about 10 minutes to reach the owner there is no office, that was a little frustrated because I couldn’t get to the apartment right away. I found a roach in the bathroom but other than that is clean inside the sheets smelled bad. The apartment is a good size and has hot and cold water. It’s walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants with great options walking distance too. »

« I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows. »

« Drove down for the weekend and stayed at Fernando flats (flat 11). The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean. Room smelled great upon arrival. All the extras like bikes and beach towels were great. The mattress was firm and pillows fluffy. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The air conditioning kept the room ice cold! Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the shops/eateries. Loved the vintage vibe. Would stay again. *Just a note Flat 11 is upstairs with no elevator. Definitely not an...

« The proximity to the beach is less than a block. The beach itself is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Why even bother with the tropics? The restaurants are more than affordable and the food is great. We stayed in Suite 2. Everything was in perfect working Order. I especially loved The Shower. Very spacious and easily accessible.
