« Private back patio space is perfect for home bodies that enjoy being outdoors. The bed is extremely comfortable and the kitchen can cook any meal, convenient or gourmet. The laundry mat is a convenient 3 min walk, & very well established, opened until 10pm. The bathroom is luxurious with ample space and modern feel all around. « Great stay lots of room, great host, nice amenities. Literally one complaint the beds were quite firm, other than that this place was great and easy. We did have a gecko in our bathroom, south florida charm. »

« The place was pretty clean - towels and bedsheets smelling very fresh. The place is exactly as the pictures. The only issue I had was the lock not working with the assigned code but the host made sure I got a physical key. My checking was at 3pm but I couldn't arrived until midnight... GOSH, he answered the phone at that time to help me out. Juan was awesome! »

« If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

« The property location was perfect for our family, we felt safe. We had all the necessary amenities. There is clearly alot of thought that goes into what the guest needs. Communication with the host was swift and useful. On entrance, the property was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances were working.
