« My 3 daughters and I loved our Dirham Suite because of the gorgeous view, lovely sitting area, comfy beds, spaciousness, and perfect location in town. Complimentary room service breakfast was an added bonus. Check-in was done completely online before arrival, and instructions were emailed to me a couple days before, so it was simple enough. The only negatives that might cause someone to hesitate in staying here are that there is no on-site parking and no elevators for easily transporting luggage...

« I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me. I felt very welcome there. The bar sold some great local beers and the dinner and breakfast choices were great. Looking forward to staying there again. »

« The location in Morton-in-marsh was excellent. Our room was small but adequate for 2 nights. We ate in the pub and the food was good, although it's a shame they don't provide breakfast. The pub was very quiet and closed at 9.30pm so there was a lack of atmosphere. But it was fine as a base for a couple of days. »

« First, you can't check in till 5pm. Second, the shower is small and slippery when wet. When I mentioned that I'd nearly fallen twice and it needed a non-slip mat, I was told can't be done as this would be an admission that there is a problem. Plus, the light in the bathroom is on a motion sensor timer and kept cutting out leaving me in the shower, in the dark. It sounds comical but with the slippery shower base and total darkness, it wasn't funny. I had to open the shower door and wave my arm to...

« Stayed in the 'Dunlin room'
Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. »
