Bournemouth Apartmentnr Beach/town/coach/train/dog

A beautifully presented studio apartment with 1 x double bed. Sleeps two adults comfortably. Bright & cheerful decor. Coffee table, 2 comfy chairs to relax with a coffee or glass of wine in the courtyard. New apartment, less than 2 years old. This is my escape & by staying here I have included everything I think you would need for a relaxing break to make your stay more enjoyable.
Free on road parking on a first come first served basis. Road can be busy so may have to park on adjacent roads.
The space
A modern, new apartment block, conveniently situated a three minute walk from Bournemouth train and coach station, Asda and Lidl. ALEXA Echo Dot is there for your convenience. Beautifully presented, with outdoor seating within private residential courtyard. If arriving into Bournemouth Airport I offer a pick up service directly to the apartment free of charge. This needs to be booked ahead of time to ensure availability.
Bournemouths famous blue flag beaches are only a 10 minute walk away. Beach towels/cool bag are provided for your use.
Bournemouth town centre is also a 10 minute walk away, which offers a huge variety of fantastic eateries, cinemas, bars, night clubs. Also the BIC & Pavilion hosting conferences, concerts, theatre shows etc. Free Netflix, Prime and unlimited wifi.
Free breakfast which includes various teas, instant and ground coffee, hot chocolate, part baked bread rolls, marmalade, jam, butter, marmite, granola, muesli, porridge and various other cereals. There is an iron/ironing board for your use. A washer/dryer and an airer for those sandy Beach towels.

D O G S.
Very very well behaved Quiet dogs are allowed, but please no barking. This is also a residential development many of whom work from home so a barking dog could be disruptive. I have left poo bags so please, clear up after your dog especially In the courtyard area. I am a passionate dog lover and I know my own labrador could never be left alone. Please do not EVER leave your lovable friend alone in the apartment, it is not fair on the dog. There are many eateries in bournemouth that do welcome dogs. Also we have beach areas allocated for dogs which is great. I will leave for your use a dog towel, throw for the sofa and blanket and dog bowl. When booking please tell me you would like to bring your dog so I can prepare for that. I also politely ask you not to allow them on the sofa or bed but I also know they can be cheeky and sneak up so please kindly make sure these areas are covered with the spare sheet. Thank you

Other things to note
Free parking on road (not on site) on a first come first served basis. During peak season, there is an influx of visitors to Bournemouth. Therefore, you may have to look on the surrounding roads and walk a few minutes but it is free unlike a lot of other holiday destinations. There is also Cotlands Road car park, it is about £5 for 24 hours and a few mins walk from apartment.
The bed is placed near the door. When walking past, please be mindful of the protruding legs as you could knock your ankles (although it is padded)😁
