Alum Chine beach is home to Vesuvio Italian restaurant which is next to a fabulous children's playground. A short drive away are Westbourne with superb restaurants and bars, Bournemouth and Poole.

Communal entrance lobby with lift of stairs to the second floor. Private hall leading the open plan living / dining area with doors leading to the balcony overlooking the trees in the garden area. Separate fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
