« Tout d’abord, la procédure d’arrivée a été décevante avec une mauvaise organisation. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes à l’extérieur. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire et le gérant du complexe hôtelier, une personne inconnue est venu nous donner les clefs sans même un « bonjour », étrange. Une fois être entré dans notre appartement, surprise : un canapé lit sur les deux est cassé et ne peut pas se déplier, ce qui nous contraint à acheter un matelas gonflable pour l’un d’entre nous.
