We had a nice stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, high end. I appreciated that. The staff, from valet, concierge are not only beyond extremely helpful, and also have a happiness and genuine kindness that was pleasantly surprising. In our 4 days stays, this was a constant.
What needs improvement big time is the housekeeping services. Hotel either needs to change their policies to avoid overworking the housekeeping department, or services need to be better. In my first day I noticed shower caps, soap bars and other necessities are only provided upon request. Not a big deal I thought: I made a call to front desk. 30 minutes later I call again to verify status. An hour and a half later still not delivered. In the freezing cold weather showering without a cap and having my hair wet was not fun, nor was waiting for hours and still not delivered, delaying considerably all our plans for the day and ability to make a good use of our time. And it was still not delivered until evening when we returned, when I personally went to front desk. This was disappointing and showed very poor service.
The shuttle services were very convenient and nice to have.
Overall a very nice stay. I recommend. Area is very accessible. Far away from the airport though.
