The Space:
Relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Boulder from our gorgeous, conveniently located condo. This space is aesthetically pleasing and offers a peaceful place to return to after a long day. Upstairs, youâll find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a bright en suite bath featuring a large walk-in glass shower and a skylight. The natural light will illuminate your morning routine and energize you for the day. Youâll find the other bedroom on the main level, which offers a cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.
Youâll be drawn to the two balconies, one of which provides a seating area for you to sit back and enjoy a nice beverage while taking in the sights and sounds. You can easily walk or bike along the creek's nearby path and quickly see why so many choose to make Boulder their home. You wonât be too far from several hiking trails and scenic overlooks. Each season offers a uniquely wonderful experience, so pencil in some time to explore the surrounding areas.
Whether you prefer to be out exploring or hanging nearby, our condo offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. Youâll have a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals in, a comfortable couch to lounge on, a Smart TV to stream from, and a washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit and any open amenities on-site, including the seasonal pool, which typically opens in May, then closes in/by September.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests' ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

Other Things to Note:
âą The fireplace is out of order and not available for guest use.
âą Please note, the dryer is a ventless dryer. For this reason, items in the dryer will be damp once the cycle ends. To rectify this issue, we suggest opening the dryer door for 5-10 mins once the cycle ends to let the items air dry. If after 5-10 mins the clothes are still wet, run the dryer again and open the door again for 5-10 mins once the cycle finishes.
