« We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately! »

« Positives: Quiet, clean, easy access/check-in, plenty of room for our family of four, good coffee, good location. Negatives: Some minor maintenance issues (did not have much impact on our stay), the balcony has an uncomfortable lean to it, bad view from the balcony. Overall: It's a great bang for your buck. I'll look to see what other options are available on our next trip but I would have no problem with staying here again. »

« This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. « I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food.
