Loved that the hotel was in a safe area & walkable distance to Avery Brewery. Unfortunately our room had a broken lock, dirty towels, torn bedding and a dirty bathroomā¦Front desk was very friendly, only disappointing part was the cleanliness and lock that didnāt work.
Staff was nice, still being remodeled as of 05/23. Rooms could be a little nicer but theyre still fixing up the place. I recommend if you need a decent place to stay for not too much with a lot nature and walkways
This hotel is in a gorgeous residential area! Homes, families and nature surrounds versus heavily trafficked roads. Twin Lakes is just a short walk away and a great place for leisurely strolls and a large dog leash free area around one of the reservoirs for those with pets! Hotel itself was undergoing a face lift and was very comfortable.
This place was odd. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what it used to be before it was converted to a hotel because it was obviously not always a hotel. There was no one to greet us when we checked in at about 4:45 in the afternoon. Instead there was an envelope with my name on it to let myself in. There was no sign of anyone at the front desk (or much of anywhere in the inn at all) until the next morning. It was kind of creepy. It was in a neighborhood pretty far from most things.
This place was convenient to Boulder.
We had our dog (Cam) and there were plenty of trails literally right outside the front door. The people were all friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay.
Property is very much under construction. Breakfast is very limited. Hot tub was run down. Ended up with a major rash/ bug bites after sleeping there two nights. Just not a nice facility.
