« The only thing that was good about the hotel was the nice guy at the front office with long blonde hair and the location. The hotel is very old and the pictures are very deceiving. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job at cleaning the rooms. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. The AC cannot keep up with cooling the room. They need to remove some of the pictures from their website because part of the hotel is closed and you can’t even go inside. »

« Localisation parfaite: à pied on peut explorer le downtown de Los Gatos et marcher plus loin si on veut. La chambre est large mais il y a de la place non utilisé, j'aurais aimé un autre armoir par exemple ou un table plus large pour l'ordinateur. Il faudrait peut-etre renover la douche / bagnoire. Le petit dejeuner c'est inclus mais un peu minimal. Par contre il y a le Los Gatos Roasting Company à 5 minutes à pieds où trouver des cappuccinos excellents y des cheescakes etc. Je n'ai pas essayé le...
